Had a 2 night stay here including breakfast which was nice coffee was lovely all continental but we like that the host was friendly and welcoming location for us was perfect with a little Irish bar just around the corner our room was big very miss matched which we didn't mind but not what was on the pictures entrance was a little smelly ( didn't effect our room) but some parts of Venice smell when walking around just depends where you are we would stay here again for price location and hospitality we couldn't fault it

Very nice place to stay, Davide and family are really welcoming, felt so at home, the property is indeed a Venezian style. Breakfast is included and amazing

Was in Venice overnight. This location was perfect. Very quiet and had everything needed. The owner was very helpful, polite, and made sure we had what we needed. I would stay there again.

We loved staying in this historic little palace in a quiet area of the authentic neighbourhood Cannaregio. The room was beautiful and well priced, even including a nice breakfast. The host Davide was super friendly and welcoming.

Davide, the host was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious, the very best I had in my entire vacation. The room was huge and a few issues with the temperature but Davide was helpful. It’s not soundproof, so earplugs were necessary. But the room clean and I felt safe as a solo traveler.

We were greeted by young lad Philippe ( I believe Davide's son) . He kindly offered help with the luggage and showed us to our room. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed for our stay. Shower ( was warned by my wife that showers in Venice are not powerful enough) was great and it didn't disappoint. The biggest surprise was in the morning to get fantastic view from the window, breath-taking, can seat all day watching boats and gondola's passing by. Davide has been brilliant throughout the stay, prepared breakfast, provided useful information, and nothing was to much for him with my silly requests. Hotel itself is on the quiet street, so you wouldn't be awaken by busy crowds of tourist if you would like to have a lying, but only few minutes walk from the restaurants and market. 15 minutes walk to all main tourist attractions in Venice and good 25 minutes walk to the main train station. Overall Venice given amazing impression of friendly people, fantastic architecture, delicious food and wine. Can not wait to come back and thank you for having us.
