Hotel Gardenia in Lido di Jesolo

We spent one week in this beautiful hotel. We arrived as a family, in a double family room.

- the food was delicious, we had breakfast and dinner here. Italian food - the sortiment was perfect. They also took care for kids.
- we had a double room, very clean and every day we had a small clean-up. The shower was big. We had a side view for the sea.
- main street is close but the hotel and rooms are calm.
- air condition in rooms are very good
- the beach is in 50 m, we had umbrellas in our booking, and it was close to the water. With kids, this is very important
- the staff was very nice (restaurant, cleaning service and reception)
- there is a playroom and the -1 floor, and open all day. The hotel also offers programs for kids.

We are looking forward to come back next year, but for 2 weeks. Thank you for everything :)

Enjoyed my stay

Given that this hotel only has 3 stars, I would honestly rate it closer to a 5-star experience in many ways.

Overall, this hotel is very family-friendly and caters well to guests with children. We visited as a couple without kids, and despite the family-oriented atmosphere, our stay was still very pleasant and enjoyable. The staff was incredibly welcoming and always focused on ensuring guests had a good experience. We would definitely consider visiting again.

Along with the praise, I’d like to suggest some areas for improvement.

**Suggestions:**

**Room:**
The room was nicely decorated and recently renovated, though it was on the smaller side. Still, it was functional and comfortable. One improvement could be adding more towel hangers in the bathroom.
The refrigerator, however, was a bit of an issue. It was far too small and didn’t function properly, often overheating, which is a bit concerning.

**Breakfast:**
While the breakfast buffet was nice, the variety was limited, with the same options every day. Extending the breakfast hours to 10 AM would also be appreciated, as the current timing feels a bit rushed. In terms of food quality, the bread was very dry and the coffee could use some improvement. However, the olive oil and the red orange juice were exceptional—absolutely delicious!

**Elevator:**
The elevator could definitely use some attention. It was quite slow and didn’t always function properly, which was a bit inconvenient.

**Parking and Bike Storage:**
Parking can be a bit tricky but is well-managed by the hotel owner, so it’s not too much of an issue. The bike storage, however, is somewhat limited and getting bikes down the stairs can be a bit challenging.

**Animals:**
The hotel is pet-friendly, which is great in principle. However, if your neighbor leaves their dogs alone in the room all day, it can be quite disruptive. In our case, we had a connecting door to a room where dogs were left alone, and their barking throughout the day was a bit of a disturbance.

In summary, while there are a few areas for improvement, this hotel offers a pleasant stay with a welcoming atmosphere. We enjoyed our time here and would consider returning.

It was a pleasant stay for the second time in your nice hotel. This time I came with my family like I mentioned also last time. Thanks again for the super nice rooms with a wonderful sea view. Thank you to the maid for taking care of the room and for the new towels. The breakfast service was very attentive and smiling. A well-chosen breakfast menu that was extremely tasty. It was very pleasant to meet Simone, Sara and Dina again. I could promise Dina that I will return again when I have Italian at an elementary level, but it is difficult to learn without being in the language environment. Returning to the same place with the family is difficult - the children are not willing to return to the same place. They prefer to explore other places in other countries. They would always go only to Denmark. Don´t ask why :)?

2 days in Jesolo to visit Venice. The hotel is impecable. Management, all staff amazing. Polite, wonderful service, nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend to all

The findig of hotel was easy-look for small street toward the beach, parking under the Hotel,well organised even with big Tesla, servis perfect, they really took care of us even if it was bit cold at first in the room.But it was solved within an hour, everybody was nice and politikai, would stay there with kids, they have animátor in summer

Great experience overall. The place is extremly tidy and clean. But Most credit must go to the staff of this hotel, from the receptionist through the cleaning lady to the waiters. All of You were great, welcoming and professional! Thank You!

Wow I absolutely enjoyed my stay! Sara was so helpful and everyone was so wonderful. Great location and very clean! Room was modern and simple. Loved this huge built in closet. Breakfast and coffee machine were amazing and all of breakfast stuff were all nice. High recommended! I will come back to this hotel everytime! No doubt

Our flights back home were cancelled and all staff were very helpfull to help us get sorted.
