The Chinese owner is very friendly, the environment is nice, and it's great value for money. Most importantly, they have Chinese food! It's perfect when you're tired of Western food and craving something familiar. It's also close to the train station and airport.

Location is convenient as it’s near the bus and train stations. However, it should be noted that it’s a bit ghetto area just like anywhere else near any train stations.
The hotel itself is an old hotel but it is well maintained and clean enough.
The service is good and the breakfast is surprisingly okay.

The owner is very attentive and being Chinese, communication was easy. The hotel is a bit old, but the price and convenience make up for it.

The hotel is very close to the train station, within walking distance. However, be careful when exiting the station after getting off the train, as there are two directions. Don't go towards the elevator; instead, take the exit at the back. After a short flight of stairs, go straight until you see a roundabout, and the hotel is right behind it. It's very easy to find.

The owner is Chinese and very friendly. The breakfast is also plentiful.

The service is excellent, and the hygiene is top-notch.

Excellent Amenities: The hotel offers a fantastic range of amenities that really add value to the stay. Everything was well-maintained and easily accessible.

My experience at Hotel Vienna made my trip to Venice even more enjoyable. The location was perfect—close to the train and tram stations, yet peacefully quiet. The staff were all very kind, and I loved the breakfast, especially the fresh salads.
In particular, Monica was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, providing us with all the information we needed with such kindness. Thanks to her, I think I will cherish the memories of this hotel and my time in Venice for a long while. I hope to stay at this hotel again in the future and see her there once more!

Traveling here, the owners are Chinese, so it was super convenient to communicate in Mandarin. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, and the price was just right. Highly recommend for Chinese travelers! Thumbs up, thumbs up!

The room was quite small, and the bathroom felt a bit run-down with a leaky bathtub. I guess for a tourist spot, the value for money isn't great. On the upside, it's pretty close to the train station.

The hotel staff provided excellent service, with Chinese-speaking personnel who patiently explained important tips for visiting Venice. The hotel itself might be a bit old, and the facilities are dated, but I've found this to be common in Europe. For example, the elevator is tiny, barely fitting four people standing or two small suitcases. You really can't compare it to the standards of a 4-5 star (or even 3-star) hotel in China. The location is fantastic, very close to the train station for Venice's main island, and you can also take a bus, which is even faster and more convenient. Breakfast was decent, offering all the usual Western breakfast options.

A great hotel! The breakfast was plentiful, and the location is excellent – just a few minutes' walk from the train station. The owner is also very nice and Chinese, which made communication super easy. Highly recommend to Chinese friends visiting Venice!
