The location is perfect for exploring Venice, with a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The room is well-equipped and suitable for a short stay. Breakfast was alright.

This hotel was truly the best value for money on our trip. Even though it's located in the block behind the train station, it's actually not far and is very quiet, with no train noise. The area feels like a residential neighborhood, and while it was a bit dark, there were no strange people around. I really think people don't need to crowd into the hotels directly in front of the train station; this one is genuinely excellent.

The hotel breakfast was decent and quite a big seating area. The staff there were on top of everything, just wish they were a little more welcoming when going to it. The room was very small, barely any room for the luggage. I had to crawl over the bed to get from one side of the room to the other. I didn't like how a key was needed to.open the door and there was no working lock on the inside. I felt unsafe as if someone could pick the lock and go inside. For location, I like how it's very close to the train station and there are lots of bus routes in the area.

I would reconmend everyone to book this hotel. Cheap, good breakfast spread. So near to mestre (make sure u exit at the back, dont take the scary underpass outside!)

Honestly, I didn't expect to find such a great hotel at this price, and it even included breakfast – incredible value for money!

The location was the absolute best part. It's only a five or six-minute walk from the train station, which was a huge relief when traveling with heavy luggage – so convenient for anyone on the go! Staying off the main island meant better prices and a quieter, more comfortable experience without the crowds.

The breakfast far exceeded my expectations. There was a wide variety of food, they refilled dishes quickly, and everything tasted great – I was completely satisfied. The room decor was simple and practical, clean, and tidy, making for a very comfortable two-night stay. I have to praise the hot water system; it heated up fast and the temperature was stable, making for a fantastic shower experience.

If you're looking to save money, save effort, and enjoy a comfortable stay in Venice, this place is definitely the right choice!

Amazing Hotel very clean and the staff are super friendly, they serve a very good breakfast included in the room price, the amenities are good and comfortable. Location is very near to the railway station and bus station only 5 min walking which is perfect to visit Venice and enjoy the charm of the city.

Hotel reception staff are attentive and friendly to our requests for all transport services. 15 mins walk to a busy subway tunnel can bring us to good Chinese restaurant and very affordable yet delicious.
