This is a waste of your money. Keep away and don't book here. I booked here through Booking.com but the pictures are fake.
The rooms are super dim and musty the shower is filthy and no soap was provided.
The owner is super stingy and concerned about his electric bill so no light or kettle are available in the room not even air conditioning.
If you think you're saving money you're wrong just look and book some other place. There are many other hotels that are cleaner and nicer and for a lower price just around the corner.

Edit: it is sad that hotel administrator lies when replying to my comment and does not take responsibility for the BED BUGS in our room. We did not notice them upon our arrival as they are night insects. During the night we got bitten and therefore could not fall asleep. In the morning we informed the staff about the BED BUGS, they did not even bothered to check the room or apologize. According to them, it is normal and 'that time of the year'.
There was no elevator. No parking space even though we booked it in advance. They offered a public parking lot 800 m away from the hotel which costs 15eur/day. We booked a double bed, got two joined single beds. Basically, we paid 108 EUR/night to get bitten by bed bugs and have a wonderful risk to bring there bugs home with us. Never again.

Our stay in Padua was fantastic in large part because of our stay at the Hotel Mignon. Alberto was the manager and he was excellent to work with from making a reservation, getting to the sites and especially where to find a great meal. The location is perfect. All the major sites are within walking distance and the area around the hotel is clean and safe! The rooms are showing some wear but are otherwise just fine for the price. Alberto and the staff are always interested in you enjoying your stay with them and it Padua. We will recommend Hotel Mignon to our friends without hesitation.

Way better than its Google review. Nice and decent rooms. Got to climb up like most of the hotels in Italy but no big deal. I didn't book my room with breakfast but the kind owner/staff offered me a coffee. How sweet and nice!

Need to say pay parking off-site and no access for auto as it it's in historical district. Conventioned parking is not adequate description of parking availability. Great location after you parked 6 blocks away carrying luggage and paid for parking. Nice room with private bath and we had to pay for breakfast.

I stayed at the Hotel Al Santo mid December 2017. Many reviews from other customers are very positive, as is mine.
First, my room in general was clean; in particular the bed, bed sheets and bathroom were too. But, I believe that the rooms are dated and could use some refreshing.
Both at the reception and the hotel restaurant the staff were very friendly! Speaking the language always goes a long way.
And lastly, the food from the restaurant was delicious. I had pizza (obviously), and it was really well prepared. Kudos to the chef 🍕😍

We didn't stay at a hotel but we were dining at the restaurant. Very nice and cozy place with tasty food and reasonable prices. The staff was pleasant and polite - though a waiter couldn't speak English very well it was possible to communicate. Without any doubt I can recommend this place.
