A wonderful place to stay… very clean, very quiet and terrific view from our room. It’s been a while since we’ve stayed in a place where all the conditions were perfect. The owner is very much on top of everything and very friendly.

Clean and modern rooms, fast WiFi. Good and quiet location with a great view of basilica from our rooms. Although there is usually nobody at the front desk they were easy and quick to communicate on WhatsApp. You need to use your smartphone to enter the building and room the first time (they send a link) but after that you also can use the key card that’s left in your room. Check out is early at 10:30 am. After check out you can leave your luggage in the lockers in the basement, but to pick them up later, you need to either have the staff of the bistro downstairs let you in, or hope that hotel staff are around to do it after the bistro has closed for the afternoon.

Great place, very tidy, organised, central and well run. And very reasonably priced! My family and I took 3 fantastic rooms and had a lovely stay!

Updated with modern facilities - electronic key in. Extremely comfortable beds. Classy touches like in-room robes and slippers. Great shower. SOUND PROOF!!!! We have loud boys! We slept great. The room was peaceful and quiet. Great breakfast for purchase at C20 cafe below. Close to city center to walk to St. Anthony Basilica, St. Justina Church (a must see), and Great gift shops! Great view of Basilica.

One month after I stayed at the hotel, I received a credit card bill, which showed an additional charge of 150 euros. After I inquired about the hotel, the hotel informed me that they thought my child was painting on their chair and charged for it. I was very shocked. First of all, I didn't notice such a thing happening at all. We didn't provide this kind of pen for children. And more importantly, the hotel deducts arbitrarily without any communication with us! I don't think this is allowed. If the hotel thinks that our stay has caused a loss, they should contact me as soon as possible, communicate with me, and then make the necessary compensation under the confirmation of both parties. Obviously, Padova Suite20 feels that there is no need to communicate with the guests. They charge the guests' credit cards arbitrarily just like using their own credit cards. What a heinous behavior!

The owner welcomed us with great courtesy, immediately providing us with advice on places to visit and where to have meals. The facility is new and well maintained. The room was very clean and the view of the basilica from the window was truly priceless!

Very spacious and comfortable rooms, ours had a view of Piazza del Santo with a beautiful view of the church. Very convenient location for walking around the city and close to Prato della Valle for an evening stroll. Very helpful staff and possibility of self check in

What about a magical place! It was enough to open the window, and ... good! The sanctuary all to ourselves!

I stayed on Friday evening and I must say that despite being very central and the city very lively in the evening, there is no noise. The property has been recently renovated, the room smells new. In the bathroom I would like to find toothpaste and a toothbrush but unfortunately here in Italy it is not in use ... On the other hand, here there are very pleasant products for the body based on olive oil! The location is close to Prato della Valle but above all it has a sublime view of the imposing Basilica of Sant'Antonio!
