One month after I stayed at the hotel, I received a credit card bill, which showed an additional charge of 150 euros. After I inquired about the hotel, the hotel informed me that they thought my child was painting on their chair and charged for it. I was very shocked. First of all, I didn't notice such a thing happening at all. We didn't provide this kind of pen for children. And more importantly, the hotel deducts arbitrarily without any communication with us! I don't think this is allowed. If the hotel thinks that our stay has caused a loss, they should contact me as soon as possible, communicate with me, and then make the necessary compensation under the confirmation of both parties. Obviously, Padova Suite20 feels that there is no need to communicate with the guests. They charge the guests' credit cards arbitrarily just like using their own credit cards. What a heinous behavior!
The owner welcomed us with great courtesy, immediately providing us with advice on places to visit and where to have meals. The facility is new and well maintained. The room was very clean and the view of the basilica from the window was truly priceless!

Very spacious and comfortable rooms, ours had a view of Piazza del Santo with a beautiful view of the church. Very convenient location for walking around the city and close to Prato della Valle for an evening stroll. Very helpful staff and possibility of self check in
What about a magical place! It was enough to open the window, and ... good! The sanctuary all to ourselves!

I stayed on Friday evening and I must say that despite being very central and the city very lively in the evening, there is no noise. The property has been recently renovated, the room smells new. In the bathroom I would like to find toothpaste and a toothbrush but unfortunately here in Italy it is not in use ... On the other hand, here there are very pleasant products for the body based on olive oil! The location is close to Prato della Valle but above all it has a sublime view of the imposing Basilica of Sant'Antonio!

Need to say pay parking off-site and no access for auto as it it's in historical district. Conventioned parking is not adequate description of parking availability. Great location after you parked 6 blocks away carrying luggage and paid for parking. Nice room with private bath and we had to pay for breakfast.

I stayed at the Hotel Al Santo mid December 2017. Many reviews from other customers are very positive, as is mine.
First, my room in general was clean; in particular the bed, bed sheets and bathroom were too. But, I believe that the rooms are dated and could use some refreshing.
Both at the reception and the hotel restaurant the staff were very friendly! Speaking the language always goes a long way.
And lastly, the food from the restaurant was delicious. I had pizza (obviously), and it was really well prepared. Kudos to the chef 🍕😍

We didn't stay at a hotel but we were dining at the restaurant. Very nice and cozy place with tasty food and reasonable prices. The staff was pleasant and polite - though a waiter couldn't speak English very well it was possible to communicate. Without any doubt I can recommend this place.
