This hotel exceeded our expectations as a family of 9. Rooms were spacious, and clean. ( Also cleaned and replenished on a daily basis).Having a disabled family member, we had no problem with the hotel, staff were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Lots of choice on the included buffet breakfast and we enjoyed the outdoor pool and the sauna daily. Vincenza centre was only a 30 minute walk away or a bus ride which could be taken from just outside the hotel. Would definitely recommend.

A good location with convenient, walkable access to Venezia town piazza. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful.

Great hotel to stay at in Vicenza. The seafood is great and super cheap. They serve big portions and the hotel is right next to the bus stop so you can take the bus to the train station and then take the train to other places nearby. Overall good food and good place

The lady from the restaurant is always nice, the room is very neat and clean thanks to Mariana from cleaning.
It is cleaned daily.

nice hotel, with great parkingplace for guests , reception first floor , warm welcome , room is nice with balcony and good bathroom with well working shower the breakfast is exceptional with fresh pressed orange jus and smooties

Getting heavy roach motel vibes 🪳

The hallway smells like weed & my room smells like cigarette smoke. I can hear everything from the room above. The door doesn’t seem secure.

The reviews definitely catfished us into thinking this place would be decent.

I’m confused why the rooms are priced at what they are considering the experience I’m having.

Very Nice hotel in walking distance to center(15 min). Big and clean rooms. Very friendly personel - all over! Good breakfast with fresh juice and a well asorted choice of food. Nice pools.. our favourite hotel in Vicenza

Incredibly unhelpful staff. I was charged over 400 euro for restaurant purchases I never made and have been trying to get the charges cleared for over a month and a half. However, the manager and finance team have been on vacation nonstop, never return calls or emails, and dodge questions constantly. When finally getting to talk tot he manager he was incredibly rude, yelled at me over the phone, and hung up on me rather than attempting to rectify the financial hardship. Additionally the power routinely went out causing the A/C to break and internet to crash.

Very deceiving image of the Pool, it's hardly 2 square meters. The fitness room is surroundwd by glass so it's wayy to hot to workout. No information book in the hotelroom. Currently renovating wich was not told and in my opinion they are making the hotel look nice and expensive but they invest cheap. The door mechinism will lock automatically if you close it, but to close it you have to pull or smash so hard that your neighbors will wake up if it's late night. The door to the balcony is not really convenient either. The water pressure of the shower is really low. The beds are very hard... The only positive things I can think of are the hotel staff, they are very helpful and it's very clean.
