Every aspect of this hotel is lovely. The location is beautiful and convenient. Verona airport is about a 90 minute drive away and the town of Levico is a 10 minute walk away. The lake is just opposite and is stunning. The facilities there are lovely, with a pool, hot tubs, sauna, steam room and relaxation area, as well as being able to book various treatments. You can also borrow their bikes which are on-site, for no charge. The food is exceptional, both the quality and the selection. (I'm vegan and I had no issue with what was available). The main point to note though, is the staff. ALL of them are an absolute credit to the hotel, all making you feel like a valued guest and going above and beyond with their assistance and friendly manner. This is our 2nd visit in 12 months and we will definitely be returning. Thank you all for another lovely, relaxing visit. 5*!!

I can honestly say this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. They all worked hard and made our stay very enjoyable. The communication with the hotel prior to our arrival was excellent! They gave us all the details we needed to get there from Verona airport by public transport, including a few contact numbers for local taxi drivers. It was a long journey involving a couple of changes and carrying suitcases up the stairs, but it was doable and well worth it! The food was exceptional throughout our stay. There was an excellent variety at the breakfast buffet, plenty of delicious choices for lunch, and the evening meals featured fantastic traditional dishes, all full of flavour and beautifully presented. The wellness spa was spotless and offered fantastic facilities — the perfect place to relax and recharge after a day of exploring. We also had a massage which was very enjoyable. I’d like to give a special praise to a few staff: Nicolo, the barman. His love for music, which we shared, made our evenings great fun! We even had a little dance. Another praise must go to everyone working in the restaurant. The staff who made sure that my meals were altered to gluten free options and the serving staff who worked very hard, especially “our” Rachel. She was an angel! The manager greeted us every evening, making sure that we were looked after. Another praise goes to Marta. Always smiling, full of ideas of what we could do and see. She was very helpful providing us with the timetables for a local public transport. I cannot leave out the reception staff. Always smiling, helpful and friendly. Greeting us every time we passed their desk. The last praise goes to our cleaning lady. At the end of each day, we always returned into a clean room. Arriving to the hotel by public transport, we had difficulty arranging a taxi from/ to the strain station. Being unsuccessful ourselves, we asked Marta and the receptionists for help. Luckily, they were able to make necessary arrangements for us. It would be helpful, if the hotel had a contract with a couple of the local taxi drivers to collect guests to/ from the hotel when required. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and wonderful food in a truly relaxing atmosphere.

We enjoyed a wonderful holiday at Hotel Al Sorriso. Our room was comfortable and very clean with a terrace. Views across the lake were beautiful. The food was really good and plentiful, a buffet for breakfast and lunch and an extensive dinner choice in the evening. The staff were incredible, so friendly and helpful and spent a lot of time with us when we had questions about visiting various places. We made good use of the mountain bikes at the hotel and the fantastic local cycling routes at the neighbouring lakes and through the countryside. A visit to Trento was really interesting and we benefitted from our Trentino card which gave us free bus transport and a discount at the castle. All in all a five star experience both in the hotel and the surrounding area.

The staff were really friendly and helpful.The room was very clean and we had a large balcony that overlooked the lake.The food was great quality and breakfast and lunch was buffet with lots of choice, even for me as a vegetarian!The dinner is served by waiters except for the salad bar which is help yourself and was great quality.The spa was lovely to relax in after a great day's hiking

We had a Deluxe lake view with a balcony. The room was perfect for our needs with a fridge and large bathroom. The balcony was in full sun in the late afternoon and was the prefect place for an Aperol Spritz, which were reasonably priced! The breakfast room was a buffet style but had everything you would expect. We opted for the light lunch option which was in general an extension of breakfast, but with some hot options, again well presented. The evening dinner was served with beautiful white table cloths and napkins in a traditional sit down dinning room which we liked very much. Take your time, enjoy fully the hard work of the chefs. You choose your next dinner before you leave from the current one. So you never needed to rush to get down for dinner. All courses are served and presented with a great deal of care. The spa and other garden areas are plentiful and well maintained. What made this stay for us was the friendly but profession staff, from the cleaners to the management, everyone was happy to help. This hotel has been family fun for many years, it shows in the style and ethos of the whole hotel, everyone really cares for the guests, many who visit regularly. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel right on Lake Levico, a stunning location.
