We enjoyed our 1-night stay at Vicenza to see the town & leisurely walk out to the Villa Rotunda. We walked past this hotel, not realizing we walked too far. The staff were friendly, the room was huge. Enjoyed the unique sink! Breakfast was very good, also.

I was having some difficulty finding a suitable place to stay in Vicenza until I spotted this small hotel on Tripadvisor. We couldn't have been more pleased with the choice. Location is superb, lovely quiet street just off the main pedestrianised Corso Palladio. Our room was gorgeous, very bright, clean, high ceilings. State of the art bathroom. Staff were very helpful with our queries. Breakfast adequate. For those who might like something in between a b and b and a hotel, this is a great choice. Room charge is very reasonable for the quality of accomodation. Vicenza is stunning, well worth a stay. Don't miss the exhibition of Russian icons located next door to the Relais. Just one of the treasures of this beautiful city.

I stayed for one night on business. The heating worked perfect and the room was just spotless. The attention to detail is second to none. You get a dental kit and other touches without even asking. It was very quiet for a peaceful nights sleep. Breakfast was laid out nicely with a very friendly lady offering you tea or coffee. I was disappointed there was no bar but then it was not advertised after all. The minibar was well stocked and the room was massive. When checking out the lady asked for my rental car reg plate just in case I had driven down a pedestrianized street by accident. I thought this was very attentive. I would certainly recommend this hotel and intend to stay again.

The hotel is just off a quiet street in the heart of town. Everything was walkable and we really enjoyed exploring. The staff was always ready to help us and the breakfasts were delicious and served with a nice touch.

This is a lovely little Bnb, where what’s good far outweighs the one bad thing! Thank goodness our suite room had a goodie box in the bathroom for my forgotten toothbrush & shower cap. The shower is also great, nice hot water and strong flow. Also our suite had a usb charging port with 6 connectors which was much appreciated. Nice touches; robes and slippers. There is Kleenex in the room and minibar items at 2euro each. At breakfast there is coffee made to your order,eggs,meat,cheeses,yogurt,cereals,fruit,as well as the ubiquitous Italian pastries. You are really central and can walk everywhere. The staff is super nice. But…..the pillows are rock hard. You get two bed pillows each,(definitely one should be hard and one soft. I substituted the sofa pillows in my pillowcase so I had a soft pillow. I’d come back herein a heartbeat if a softer pillow can be included!

Great location to stroll into the amazing city of Vicenza. Car parking was in public car park nearby despite them advertising car parking but it was fine and very cheap. Room itself is pretty basic and not very large. Beds not attached to the wall so slide away if you’re sitting propped up reading for example which was a bit annoying but comfortable enough - got good nights sleep. This was despite air conditioning not working. Breakfast pretty basic too but at least they offered something, and otherwise very helpful staff. So a mixed bag but ok!

The bed was as hard as a board. The pillows were awful. It was like using a rock as a pillow. The tv was pretty small with no streaming services like Amazon Prime or Netflix. The minibar has no snacks or alcohol for that matter. The front desk employee was nice and he was helpful with getting our rental car parked. He was the only part of our stay at this place which was positive.

This is a fabulous hotel located very centrally but in a quiet street in Vicenza. The room was immaculately clean. Nice big bed and spacious room. The staff are fantastic. Friendly and helpful. Breakfast is comprehensive and coffee made to order. There is a lovely bar as you approach the hotel for nightcap. I highly recommend a visit.
