Amazing service, staff is super friendly and kind. Dinner is excellent.
Rooms are fine beds are good!

Hotel claims to have a gym but it’s just a treadmill and weights which are for children. A little bit more attention to the gym would make the hotel a truly great place to be.

The hotel reception staff is really nice. The hotel sits on a busy street but that means that you’re close to restaurants and stores highly recommended.

Nice hotel but in the middle of nowhere. However for short stay it is very pleasant hotel with very friendly staff. Receptionist who checked me in (bald gentleman - cannot remember name) was excellent. Professional, kind, efficient. Simply made us feel very welcome.

Easy to find. Easy access from the highway. Located next to a mini-Costco store (Cash and Carry [they take credit cards too]) and a gas station! Professional, helpful staff. 6 floors. Nice little gym. Refrigerator and minibar in the room. Deep bathtub/shower and bidet. Wooden floors and cabinets. Lots of space. Marble floors throughout rest of hotel. Bar and restaurant.

Being just beyond the traffic circle, it is not walking friendly to get into downtown. The front desk is terrific and really helpful, especially getting taxis. Rooms themsleves are very modern and clean. That said, the rest of the service left a lot to be desired, partially due to a few tours that were there, but not entirely. Tried to eat at the restaurant several times, but despite being half ways empty, got told there was no room. If you wanted a drink from the bar, you had to find someone. Several people in the group complained that their rooms smelled like fried food. Would rather stay somewhere a little dated, like SHG, which has a better location, is much more walkable, and has a greater variety of restaurants to eat at.

This hotel is very good. I thought it was part of the same group as the football team AC Milan, but it is actually a hotel chain. The front desk was friendly and the breakfast was good, all very good.

Pretty modern hotel in the Vicenza area. Being a business hotel, can’t expect much in terms of service. You do everything on your own like bring your luggage to your room. At least parking was free.

Room is okay, but A/C wasn’t cooling. Had to open the window but bugs kept coming in so had to close it later on and sleep in a warm room.
