We stayed here as a family expecting a comfortable experience, especially since it was advertised as a 4-star hotel. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a very disappointing stay.

First, the customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful. We were not provided with any basic complementary items such as bottled water or an iron box. When we tried contacting the reception for assistance, we discovered that the telephone in the room wasn’t working.

The TV was outdated, and to make matters worse, the remote didn’t work at all. There were hardly any charging points, which made it really difficult for us to charge our phones and devices.

The air conditioner wasn’t functioning properly, and the room was stuffy and uncomfortable throughout the night. Housekeeping service was also very poor; the room did not feel clean, and there was no effort to check in or refresh anything during our stay.

Overall, the hotel did not meet even basic standards, let alone that of a 4-star property. We are very disappointed, especially since we were traveling as a family and expected a relaxing and convenient stay. Would not recommend unless major improvements are made.

Our family visit to this hotel was unfortunately disappointing. We had no access to even the most basic amenities—no complimentary water bottles, no iron box, and no way to contact reception due to a broken telephone line. The TV was an old model and the remote wasn’t working at all. Charging our phones was a challenge with very few plug points in the room. Housekeeping was below expectations, and the room did not feel clean or well-maintained. Air conditioning is not working well, Very disappointing experience for a family trip.

I stayed here with my family expecting a 4-star experience, but unfortunately, we were very disappointed. The customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive. The deluxe room was spacious but poorly planned. The shower cabinet was very given how large the bathroom is. The shower door was broken. The breakfast buffet was terrible.
They seems to have two different breakfast spread. The one used for our group tour was quite disappointing with very limited options and awful coffee.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was unprofessional and seemed uninterested in helping. The check-in process was slow and unorganized.

The room was not clean — there was dust on the furniture, stains on the sheets, and the bathroom smelled musty. The air conditioning didn’t work properly, and when I asked for help, maintenance took hours to respond and didn’t fix the issue.

The location was also noisy, and I could barely sleep due to loud sounds from the street and thin walls. On top of that, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, which made it difficult to get any work done.

Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. It did not meet basic standards of comfort or service, and I regret booking my stay here.

The hotel has seen better days. The elevators are slow, packed, and don't always work. The parking garage has lights most of the time, but not always at night which makes you feel like you are in a horror film. The exit gate isn't automatic. You have to stop on the ramp run and type in the code, and then scurry back to your car to drive out.

The street it is on is extremely loud at night, but there is entertainment in the form of people working their trade with passing motorists, so if you like people watching this might be an okay place.

Front desk folks are helpful, but very direct. Overall, it is better than the Marriot down the street, but thatbisnt saying much if you stayed there before. The random fire alarms going on at night really swr the bar low.

It is convenient to go to the client's company from the hotel. The aunt at the front desk is very nice. The way to open the door with the room card is different from that of regular hotels. There is a small sign at the front desk that explains it, which you can take a picture of in advance.
