Staff were amazingly helpful during our stay! I feel like they were able to handle almost every wierd request we asked for lol. Im probably going to butcher his name but Ka ne da was sooo helpful!
Yes hotel is old and there were things that would make this stay not a 5 star rating but that was more of a "do your research before booking thing" that I would consider not worth repeating in the review.

We had a generally good stay, but there were a few things worth noting. I was surprised that our room wasn’t carpeted, especially since other rooms were. With young kids, the tiled floors—especially in the bathroom—made me a bit nervous about slipping accidents.
The room itself felt a bit cramped. Some furniture could possibly be removed to create more space. The pillows weren’t very comfortable either, but overall, for the price we paid, it was fair value.
One highlight was the staff—everyone we encountered was friendly and very helpful. We didn’t get to try the hotel restaurants, but they smelled amazing every time they opened!
Midway through our stay, the Wi-Fi stopped working, and even with Softbank phones, the connection was quite poor, which was a little frustrating.
Despite these issues, it’s a convenient place to stay. It’s accessible, and for taxis, I recommend using GO Taxi or walking a bit to the nearby market where there’s a taxi stop.

I have no idea how this is rated a 3 almost 4 star hotel. Its very old, barely any well placed PowerPoints (theres none next to ur bed). No hand soap? Hand a random wet towel behind one of my doors (it was sunny whike i was there). Decided to try the restaurant for dinner but they were out of chicken. No where for water, your gonna have to take from the bathroom tap in which theres no indication if its drinking water or not, but even if u try to use it the sink basin is too shallow to fill your water bottle anyway. Again the building is just an old building thats been maintained, so dont expect a fancy bidet toilet and the elevator only goes to the 4th floor. Excessively long stick attached to room key just inconvenient to carry around and takes up space. The only good thing is the room is spacious for Japanese hotel.

A timeslip back to the 1970s
The is one of the most interesting hotels that I have stayed in.
The way to think of this hotel is to imagine that you are going back in time to the 1970s or earlier.
Only the wifi, LED lighting and TV in the room would give any clue that you are in modern hotel.

The staff were very friendly and quick to help. The location is great - in the middle of Okinawa City, with a convenient bus stop almost right in front of the building. Plenty of clubs, restaurants and convenience stores within a few minutes walk. Sometimes there is a bit of noise from the streets but that was negligible, nothing that kept me up.
Only downside: There was a bit of a cigarette smell in the room, despite the room otherwise being clean. And the bed wasn't the most comfortable but it was still okay.
Considering the low price for such a location, I would recommend this place if you're in a bit of a budget and value practicality over luxury.

The hotel has a sort of old world elegance to it with the room furnishings and the display cabinets in the halls which showed lovely pieces of Okinawan traditional lacquerware, English bone china and French limoges pieces. It is an older hotel but very well maintained. The staff members are all very kind and helpful. Additionally, there is a very nice restaurant on the ground floor serving excellent steak with buffet salads, soups and curries for a very reasonable price. The location is also good for travellers because a San-A supermarket and department store are almost next door. I highly recommend this hotel for people wishing to stay in the central area of Okinawa.

The staff is very friendly but there was some issue with booking that they were aware off, and said it was okay but then there were problems with check in. The rooms interior is like 20-30 years outdated Chinese hotel style? But it is very clean (only old).

This is an old hotel in Koza. There is a supermarket run by a good local company in the immediate vicinity. Correspondence is local as it is. Please note that the room is dim if it does not face the national highway. The lighting is also dark. The toilet is also old-fashioned. You can hear the sound of plumbing in the toilets on the upper floors. If you stay in Koza, this postwar A hotel may be a good choice. I feel the history.

There Lunch Steak. Called the Harami Steak 200 grams for only 1080yen. The steak is soft and served with butter on a hot sizziling plate. You get to drink soup and eat 2 types of salads for a unlimited amount. For the price it's reasonable. It has a lounge seating where you can meet and talk in private with others. Must try once .
