The overall environment is very comfortable and exceptionally clean!

Self-check-in was very straightforward. After filling out the personal information provided by the hotel before arrival, you'll receive a code the day before check-in. Once you've uploaded photos of all guests' IDs, you can access your room.

Within a few minutes' walk, you'll find Gyukaku BBQ, ramen shops, conveyor belt sushi, and convenience stores.

Very good experience from customer service tho we could only contact them through email. We emailed them after we arrived once as the electronic lock did not work well. Fast response from the customer service for alternative entrance method was provided. 
Highly recommended when we come to Okinawa in future.

It is located a short distance from American Village, about 15-20 minutes away. Since you can get around by car or on foot, the location was actually better than expected. I recommend it to anyone looking for family accommodation near American Village. We stayed with 5 people, and it was spacious enough with tatami mats and extra bedding. You have to wash your own towels beyond the standard number provided. There is a washing machine and dryer, so doing laundry during the trip was convenient.

Convenient location Nearby supermarket and many restaurants to put a clean, lack of kitchen equipment - no hand sanitizer/too spent kitchen utensils in kitchen location/no drip tray after dishwashing/dinner knife/no cleaning wipes, everything else is good

Traveling to Okinawa with my family. One child and five adults. The accommodations were huge. The pool was small. But we still enjoyed it. The view was great. The location was great. American Village is a 5-minute walk away. There's a McDonald's a 5-minute walk away. Please note that you'll need to enter your passport at check-in. There's a restaurant on the first floor, and business is really good. They don't offer takeout. This was my 5th time in Okinawa, and this was the largest accommodation. If you have a large family, I recommend this place.

Not Bad

For self-service check-in, remember the registration number in your email reply; otherwise, it will take longer. Even though I was a group of five, I had to log in to seven people's information (two separate logins to reach the required number) because it required registering the passport information of other family members on-site. After successfully checking in, there were no major issues.

The room was comfortable and much larger than in the photos. It wouldn't feel too crowded for eight people. The kitchen facilities were sufficient for cooking (you need to buy your own seasonings), and there was even a multi-functional grill. We cooked sukiyaki for a happy dinner on our first night. It's a great place for families and friends to cook together while traveling.

A minor drawback is the lack of a table and chairs on the balcony. There's no way to dry clothes, and since we stayed for three nights, we had quite a few laundry to do.

Highly recommended! The large room also has two parking spaces – a great experience!

Located within walking distance of American Village, the space is spacious, clean, and comfortable. It has its own fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer. Highly recommended! However, the unmanned check-in counter was blocked by a vending machine in the downstairs restaurant; it took me a while to find it… Free parking is available, making it very convenient for those traveling by car. Highly recommended!

The space is very spacious, with four single beds and three tatami rooms. One room is a separate bedroom with a bathroom and toilet. There's parking on the first floor, a large living room, and a fully equipped kitchen!

Very nice hotel. Spacious room. Just it’s very time consuming when need to scan and fill in everyone‘s passport for self check in.
