The location is easy to reach even without a car thanks to regular bus connections. The setting itself is stunning — the hotel is located on a separate peninsula, and the views are truly magnificent.
Unfortunately, the hotel building feels very old and worn out. It is difficult to perceive it as a high-end place in its current condition. Because of this, the prices for additional services and restaurants also feel overpriced. Dust, dirt, worn furniture, and even mold significantly spoil the overall impression.
At the same time, there are many positive aspects. Some areas are beautiful, the food is very tasty, and the staff are extremely polite, attentive, and caring.
However, there was also an issue with canceling part of my stay. I submitted a cancellation request, but it was repeatedly declined. Although the manager confirmed by email that the cancellation should be possible, they claimed the request never reached their system.
If the hotel undergoes a proper renovation, I would gladly return. For now, my feelings are very mixed — the natural beauty and great service contrast strongly with the poor condition of the property.

Nice hotel facing ocean view. We went for bottom glass boat tour. Very clear water but too cold to
Swim. Nice breakfast n pizza dinner very good.

I still vividly remember their 30th-anniversary celebration. Other than the outdated facilities, everything else was impeccable, especially the Executive Lounge – it was absolutely perfect! Great views, excellent food, and an even better atmosphere. I really hope the hotel renovates its facilities soon; it would be a shame to waste such a prime location!

Aside from the slightly dated facilities, this hotel is truly excellent. The location and views are fantastic, and the scenery along the two small paths by the pool was the biggest unexpected highlight. The buffet restaurant with the show was also quite interesting.

Pros:
1. The hotel is close to the Cape Manza scenic spot, with many restaurants and convenience stores nearby.
2. The hotel offers a wide range of water activities, including but not limited to banana boats, jet skis, an inflatable water park, glass-bottom boats, and sunset cruises. If you're not planning on visiting the outer islands, you could easily spend a whole afternoon here.

Cons:
1. The hotel is a bit old. The lobby has no air conditioning 🥵, and the room decor and furnishings feel dated. The shower pressure in the bathroom 🚿 isn't great either.
2. The outdoor pool closes at 6 PM, and the beach only stays open until 5 PM. I won't even mention other times, but Okinawa right now is scorching hot and sunny. The only time you can really enjoy the pool or ocean without getting baked is closer to sunset (unless you don't mind the sun, then never mind what I said). But then you only get to play for a short while before you have to leave!! 😅

Absolutely loved it! Especially Ana. This hotel boasts its own beautiful private beach, accessible via a secret path. The breakfast at the executive lounge was also delicious. The location is perfect, right next to Cape Manza in Onna Village, central Okinawa. It's close to the Churaumi Aquarium in the north and also very near Naha. I consider it a perfectly seamless experience. Plus, there were Chinese staff in the executive lounge who helped us with any Japanese language difficulties! All in all, my ANA trip was an excellent experience!

This is a classic five-star resort hotel, though its location is a bit off the beaten path. While a bus serves the main road near the village entrance, it's a 200-meter walk from there to the hotel's complimentary shuttle stop. Alternatively, a taxi from the bus stop to the hotel costs 900 JPY.

The rooms are quite spacious, equipped with a sofa and a balcony, and come with complimentary mineral water and a coffee machine. However, the bathrooms are a bit dated, and the ventilation system is weak. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available on the first floor.

Service is excellent. Upon arrival, bellhops promptly greeted us and took our luggage directly to our room. The breakfast buffet was also very impressive. The hotel features a swimming pool and offers direct, free access to the beach. There are plenty of paid water activities, making it ideal for a family vacation.

I was initially very pleased with the hotel's location. The pool and beach facilities were excellent, and there were also two breakfast options. However, the only truly unpleasant experience occurred during check-in. The young male staff member at the front desk was incredibly unprofessional. The check-in process took a full 45 minutes, and I was almost on the verge of heatstroke from standing there so long! After finally checking in, I wanted to quickly freshen up with a shower, but then waited another 30 minutes in the room for my luggage. I eventually went back to the front desk to inquire about my bags, only to find them unceremoniously dumped in a corner, completely unattended. It was only after I made a forceful complaint in English that a staff member hurriedly delivered the luggage to my room. Because I formally submitted a complaint, a staff member later proactively contacted me and offered water park coupons, which showed they were taking the matter seriously. Given we were a family with elderly parents and young children, traveling during the peak summer heat, I appreciated their effort to rectify the situation, as I really didn't want any more hassle. Aside from that, the remainder of our stay was quite pleasant. Although the room facilities were noticeably dated, they were acceptable.

Overall, it's quite good. While many describe it as old, it offers all the essential facilities and services, and boasts excellent views. The hotel's private beach is perfect for evening strolls, and there are plenty of kid-friendly facilities and activities, making it an ideal family-friendly hotel. However, one thing to note is the frequent presence of flies and occasional ants in the restaurant.

It was amazing! The location is very convenient. The place is very picturesque. The cosmetics in the room is high level (Byredo). The sea is very clear. People are not many. Sunbeds are enough for everybody. The service is very nice. We will come back next time here again.
