I booked a non-smoking room, breakfast included, and free parking, but ended up with a smoking room, no breakfast, and paid parking. I was able to negotiate my way to a non-smoking room and free parking, but since the hotel doesn't serve meals, I went around in the cold trying to buy breakfast, but there were no stores selling it in the morning, so I ended up not being able to have breakfast. I hope Trip will improve the reservation system so that it's clearer.

I was directed to the second parking lot, but it was hard to find at night. It was also disappointing that it cost 50 yen more than the parking lot right in front of the hotel. I was also sad that there were no welcome drinks like tea or coffee.
It was great to be able to see Mount Fuji from the rooftop. And a big thank you to the front desk staff for working hard on New Year's Day!

I had originally planned to stay at Cabin House Yado Fujinomiya nearby, but due to a fire at the accommodation that morning, I had to change my plans urgently. However, it turned out to be a choice I don't regret.
Cabin House didn't refund me, and when I went there in the evening, it was operating normally. But I'd tell anyone to spend about 20,000 won more and choose the Green Hotel instead.
The Mount Fuji view is truly spectacular.

The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the train station, which is very convenient. On a clear day, you can see Mount Fuji from the rooms. The hotel is a bit older, but for the price, I enjoyed my stay! We were able to rent two electric bicycles right there, do some inexpensive laundry, and drink beer from the vending machine.

The room on the edge had a fantastic view, with a direct view of Mount Fuji.
The hotel service exceeded expectations, and they even offered free luggage storage after check-out!
Although the hotel facilities are a bit old and the mattress was a bit too soft for a comfortable sleep, the overall value was good. It's close to bus and train stations, making it a great choice for visitors planning to climb Mount Fuji.

It is very close to Fujinomiya Station. I booked a traditional Japanese room. The price was not expensive and I could experience Japanese tatami. The space was large and it was very comfortable. You can also see Mount Fuji in the room. There are Aeon shopping malls and supermarkets nearby in about ten minutes.

The room is spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly. For the visitors that book for the fuji mountain view will experience a wonderful scenery where you can see the beautiful fuji from your window. Highly recommended

Very close to Fujinomiya station, old but clean. Room is no voice proof.

Very friendly people who always wanted to help you out,they showed me were the vending machine was and they gave me a charger. The hotel was clean and tidy.
