Mount Fuji is right outside the window. The facilities are comprehensive, the transportation is convenient, and it offers great value for money.

Very ideal location — just a 3-minute walk from Shinkansen Shin-Fuji Station. The staff were helpful and friendly, able to answer all our questions using a language translator device. Breakfast was tasty, and while there weren’t many varieties, it was filling enough that we could skip lunch.
The room by Toyoko Inn is very standard (what u see is what u get from the booking page) all items in the room and bathroom is 90% same regardless which city u stay with them, it make us feel at home.
The hotel also provides free transport to Fuji Station, making it easy to connect to Fujinomiya Station for attractions.
Highly recommend visiting the tourist information center at Shin-Fuji Station for tips on getting to Mt. Fuji — very useful for those who prefer free-and-easy travel.

This was my first time staying at a Toyoko Inn, and initially, I found the high level of self-service a bit overwhelming. Perhaps it was because there were so many guests and everything moved at a fast pace. I think it's more suited for experienced business travelers. The English proficiency of the front desk staff wasn't as good as I'd hoped, and this was consistent across every Toyoko Inn I stayed at afterward. Maybe because of the extensive self-service, the front desk's role is more auxiliary, so strong English skills aren't as crucial. Like all other Toyoko Inns, this one had excellent facilities: water dispensers, ice machines, hot water dispensers, microwaves, coffee makers, vending machines – everything you could need. The breakfast was standard and featured Japanese specialties. The location is unbeatable, just a three-minute walk from the Shin-Fuji Station exit. If I had to pick a downside, the highly standardized management meant it lacked the 'personal touch' many people look for in a hotel. Check-in and check-out times are strictly enforced, and the hotel only handles matters related to your stay; they won't help with local travel guides or transportation questions.

Fantastic hotel. Directly next to Shin-Fuji Station. My room type allows me to have amazing view of Mt Fuji, I would recommend you to stay more than 2 nights to increase your chance of having clear view of Mt Fuji as sometimes the clouds could get in the way.

Rooms itself is spacious even for 2 adults. It is very clean and breakfast is free for everyone regardless of room types. Check in and check out is easy. Staffs are very thoughtful and kind. They even provided fresh towels neatly packed in a bag and hung outside my room when I indicated not cleaning needed. That’s very nice of them.

Microwave and ice makers are available at level one. And they also do have coin wash machines and dryer available for use.

There is a 24hr Family Mart, 7-11 and McDonald within 5mins of walking.

Last picture is the Mt Fuji view out from my room. Simply amazing

The room was a bit small, and the toilet in the bathroom was also quite compact and not very comfortable. However, there was no step at the bathroom entrance, which was convenient. There were no power outlets near the bed by the window, so I was glad I brought a long charging cable. Breakfast was delicious, and on clear days, you can see Mount Fuji from the room on the hillside, but the mesh on the glass interfered with taking photos.

The location is best from tokyo. The shuttle to Fuji station makes the Mt.Fuji trip and Fujinomiya very worthwhile. Breakfast and all amennities were very good. Enjoy my 4 night stays.
