Super Hotel Jr Fujiekimae Kinenkan in Fuji

The location is excellent, very close to Fuji Station, making it convenient to get around. All the staff provide outstanding service and are very friendly, which is impressive. However, the room is quite old, and the lighting is rather dim

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The reception at the front desk was really friendly, and helped me to exchange coins for laundry. There’s free bar every night from 6 p.m to 9 p.m. and free breakfast from 6 a.m to 9 a.m. The only thing is the room is a bit small, that you cannot spread out a 29 inch suitcase.

Overall this is a good hotel, the location is 1 min walk to Fuji station. Travelers can have a good rest here. I’ll recommend to my friends.

I made a booking mistake, thinking this was a hotel in Mount Fuji. Fuji and Mount Fuji aren't in the same city, so be careful when booking. I realized my error two hours before check-in and tried to negotiate, but they wouldn't refund or change the dates. I'm quite unhappy about it.

Staying in this hotel is convenient, as it is near Fuji train station.

Staff are very helpful in solving the problem. The only problem is the signboard of the hotel is largely in Japanese language.

We only stayed for two days in Fuji. Location of the hotel is great, however the rooms are small (no surprise). The breakfast was disappointing, the hotel cannot handle the amount of guests. Buffett is often emptied and is not refilled.

【Room】As expected from a 'non-smoking hotel', there was absolutely no smoky smell. It's a classic Japanese business hotel room, which means it's a bit cramped with a small window that only opens slightly and has a privacy film, making the room feel a bit stuffy. However, the mattress was very comfortable.
【Amenities】You can pick up small packets of skincare products downstairs, including face cream, facial cleanser, makeup remover, and face masks. There are several different types of pillows available for selection on the first floor.
【Food & Beverage】In the evening, there's a self-service bar where you can mix your own cocktails. Breakfast is a standard Japanese breakfast.
【Service】The front desk staff spoke a little English but no Chinese. When speaking Japanese, however, their enthusiasm and politeness were very evident.
【Facilities】There are plenty of coin-operated washing machines on the first floor, as well as vending machines. You can store your luggage until the afternoon after checking out.

The hotel is very close to JR Fuji Station, making it convenient for getting around. The staff were warm and friendly, and the breakfast was great. I'm very satisfied.
