Fuji, a city steeped in industrial history, feels a bit worn and aged, much like this hotel, reflecting its old industrial past. The front desk handed me the key to my room. The bathroom was tiny, but the service was good. I actually think this is one of the better hotels in Fuji. They even have an observation deck on the 4th floor of the south building with a distant view of Mount Fuji. It's also conveniently located near both Fuji Station and Shin-Fuji Station.

Room is huge . Hotel is slightly old but clean. Within walking distance to the train station. Able to view Mt Fuji from the hotel. My room did not have the view but can view just walking across the walking to an open area

They are serving great breakfast. Unfortunately, hotel exterior is now under renovation which making it a bit difficult to find.

Very cozy and clean hotel. The room offer a Mount Fuji view, although small but comfy. Location is near the train station hence plenty of food choice. Free parking and plenty of lots. Price is also reasonable.

We had corner room, pretty big for Japanese standards with a view to mnt Fuji. It has queen size bed, big smart tv with Youtube and Herman Miller chair (sic!). Furniture looks old but pretty clean. Staff is kind helpful, they helped us to call a taxi to Shinkansen station. So, recommend.

A very good place to stay with before starting your journey to the Mt Fuji and its surrounding areas. Steps to/from the JR station. On Floor 4 of North Building, there is a lookout to view the amazing Fuji mountain given the weather is clear. Nice local restaurants and bars are also within walking distance from the hotel. The only point of demerit is that the hotel has no laundry facilities which means you have to carry your laundry basket to the nearby laundry facilities which is 200-300m away. Overall I would rate it 4 star.

We hv a very nice experience to stay in Grand Fuji Hotel. Excellent environment and location. All staff are very helpful. Even this is an old style hotel but still kept very cleanliness and facilities all in good condition. Highly recommend to stay in.
