Big hotel with onsen and warm water swimming pool. Bed is comfortable. Yet breakfast variety sounds disappointing.

Very nice big hotel with swimming pool and sauna.
Also Jap Onsen .Room is very big compare to Jap standard.Food just ok not the best.

I have used the Arrowle Hotel several times. There are many very good places such as the rooms, scenery and hot springs, but the most recommended place is the dinner. Among them, the Italian is good. Local production for local consumption and seasonal dishes are always satisfactory. Among the dishes I ate the other day, the white sauce with Fukui oyster soy sauce was delicious.

This hotel is located on the north side of Lake Shibayamagata. It is on high ground so you can get a good view of Lake Shibayamagata. I recommend the Japanese cuisine for dinner. In winter you can eat delicious crab at a reasonable price. They sometimes offer an all-you-can-eat crab plan, which allows you to eat lots of hot boiled crab, so it feels like a great deal. It's a shame that it isn't held every year. Apart from crab, you can also eat delicious banquet meals that look beautiful. The hot spring has a large bath and the water is at the perfect temperature. The customer service level of the staff is excellent. They provide shuttle service not only to Kaga Onsen Station but also to Komatsu Airport. I think this hotel is one of the top hotels in Kaga Onsenkyo.

It may have been a coincidence, but when I arrived around 18:30, the entrance was dark and there were no lights. There were steps, so I thought it might be a little dangerous for elderly people.
