This onsen hotel is very traditional, that’s what we wanted. The service is excellent and warm. Dinner and breakfast are really with regional ingredients.

Good place to recharge in between trips

Since I am a wheelchair user, I stayed at the Benji in room 501 on the 5th floor! The whole place was barrier free and I could go to the indoor outdoor bath in my wheelchair which was a great way to spend time. It was a shame if the wifi signal was weak or my cell phone didn't work. The front desk was nice and the food was good so even if you subtract the wifi you still get 5 stars.

A great hot spring hotel with one night and two meals. The service is great. The Kaiseki dinner and breakfast are delicious and tasty. I definitely recommend it!
The room is very spacious and the private bath gives you the freedom to bathe whenever you want. It's great!

Almost everything was in tip top condition including our requests for a vegetarian dunner and breakfast for one of our friends. Perhaps a hostess more fluent in english would have been helpful but anyway she was most gracious, attentive and courteous.
The amenities, food and service were really great!

Very very satisfied, the autumn scenery is beautiful, and the open-air hot spring in the room is amazing. Breakfast and dinner are super rich. Because of my eating habits, the hotel helped to modify the menu. Thank you very much! It is recommended to inform the hotel in advance when booking.
The hotel can only be contacted by phone, which is a little inconvenient, but I still successfully booked the station shuttle. The shuttle bus is located outside Kaga Onsen Station, in the direction of the hotel shuttle bus. There will be staff waiting in front of the bus with a Shiki-tei sign.
The staff are very kind, highly recommended, it is a very warm and comfortable hotel~~

The room is large, with an open-air bath, and the food is above average.
The hotel has plenty of parking spaces, and there are convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient.

The hotel provides a shuttle service to Kaga Onsen Station. You can make an appointment by calling.
The hot spring hotel offers one night and two meals. The service and dishes are always impeccable.
The hotel is located in the center of Kaga Onsen Town, next to Hoshino Kai.
The water quality of Yamashiro Onsen is very good. Five minutes every morning and evening will make your skin feel very obvious.
The tableware is very exquisite. It may be because it is adjacent to the Rosanjin Residence and Kutani Ware production area.
Before the meal, the dedicated elderly butler will put on the kimono and sash for the guests.
It is very quiet here. I stayed comfortably for two nights.
The only thing is that the food is large. If you don’t eat it, you will waste it. After eating, you will feel too full.
By the way, there is free ice cream at the lobby bar on the first floor during the day.
There is a half-hour piano performance at 9:00-9:30 at night.
The young man who sent us to the station at the end has a pair of big eyes and is very handsome. The hotel also has waiters who can speak Chinese and English. There are more elderly and polite waiters. The belts worn by the elderly are really beautiful and comfortable.
