Everything was good, a bit pricey but convenient. Driving to the hotel is easy and there is free parking for hotel guest, just let them know so they will pass you the exit coupon. The Mount Fuji view really get the full view and shiok to wake up to such a nice view!

Driving from tokyo down to hotel clad wasn’t a pleasant and easy drive. But the view was amazing. Onsen was fabulous. Connected to gotemba outlet mall.

Unfortunately was not able to see the Mount Fuji during our stay. We still had a great night here. The free public hot spring was great. Would love to come back again next time when visiting the outlet.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's only a 10-minute walk from Gotemba Premium Outlets. You can take a bridge from the 6th floor of the car park, and there's even a prime spot on the bridge for taking photos of Mount Fuji. Unfortunately, it rained and snowed on both the day of arrival and the next day, and it was shrouded in heavy fog. Sigh. The dinner buffet costs ¥5,500, and breakfast is included...

9/10, the hotel facilities are new, highly recommended. They also offer private onsen bookings.

As like other chain hotels, this was well maintained and also you can see Mount Fuji from the hotel entrance if it’s not a foggy day, the view was very good and also the breakfast served had a good spread of different varieties.

It's an older Route Inn. Only smoking rooms were available, so it was understandable, but the smell of cigarettes was unbearable. There was an air purifier and nanoe equipment on the ceiling, but the breakfast menu was as varied and delicious as always.

Great comfortable stay with awesome hotspring facility, breakfast food choices was not as much in terms of variety, as there is no raw seafood sashimi, but overall it was great and tasted really sumptuous. The location is nearby bus stops to Gotemba premium outlet.

Lovely hotel to stay in for a couple of nights. Location is a little bit far from places so it is best to have a hire car to do fuji sightseeing day trips. Right next to 2 conbinis which was great for food options as the restaurant didn’t have any vegan food unfortunately. Super close drive to beautiful waterfall/rive and caves to check out.

The front desk staff had a bad attitude, and they wouldn't let me store my luggage. The location wasn't great either. Mainly, the service was just bad. You can tell it's owned by the same people as that other place near Gotemba, as everything is identical.

The hotel offers complimentary beef donburi in the evenings, and there's free ice cream available at the entrance. The room was very clean, and they provide free parking. It's less than a ten-minute drive to the outlet mall. Unfortunately, I missed breakfast because I went to watch the sunrise 🥹 so I can't comment on it.

Overall is good. The room is bigger than Tokyo one. On fourth floor, can enjoy the fujisan view. Breakfast is ok. What make me feel weird is there are water dispenser at lobby but we can’t the hot water for instant noodles/ refill in our bottle. We must use the kettle in our room if we want to get hot water/ eat instant noodle.

Just decent hotel, check in still need to be at 3pm. Front desk closed before 3pm, with lights off as well. Room is pretty small, however the location was really good, just 3-6 mins drive to where we planned to go.

We chose this hotel because we wanted to visit Gotenba outlets . The location is perfect only 5 minutes drive from the outlets. The room was small but clean. The free breakfast service was great.

It was a nice comfy bed. A little out the way of town but that’s to be expected. Got an unexpected view of Fuji & breakfast was good.

The location is extremely convenient, being very close to the outlets. The environment was clean, though twin rooms seemed scarce. We opted to pay extra for an upgrade to a double room, which was very convenient for the two of us. Breakfast also starts quite early, which was a definite plus.

This was by far the best hotel of our entire trip. Waking up to Mount Fuji right outside our window was absolutely stunning! We also had dinner at the hotel, which was a full Japanese-French fusion course. Breakfast was served at the same restaurant, a Western-style set menu, also with amazing views of Mount Fuji. The facilities are a bit old, but it's quite clean. On a clear day, you can see Mount Fuji. Breakfast is a set menu.

We are driving so although the hotel is in the middle of the mountain, it’s not a problem for us. The staff are super friendly and they speak good English. We saw Mt Fuji from our room on the second day. My Fuji can also be seen in onsen and restaurant. The laundry and dryer are both free of charge. The room is a bit dated but it’s acceptable. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

Hotel is far away from the premium outlet and there is no straight bus to the outlet. Bus timing operates every 1 hour or so and ends at 3pm. The bus only goes to gotemba station. From there you take bus to the premium outlet. Good hotel if you drive. Service was good and they had kids yukata which was very cute. 🚴♀️🇹🇭 This was my first time in Japan, and I came to cycle around Mount Fuji. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities—including the onsen and breakfast—were excellent. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall, this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed.

I stayed here for a business trip. The service was excellent, very attentive and friendly. It's close to the station, and there's a large supermarket right outside the hotel, which is super convenient. The room rate was affordable, but I was satisfied with everything. P.S. Thank you for your hospitality. It was great that it was so close to the Gotemba Outlets. On the way to the hotel, there was a Suzuhiro Kamaboko shop where I was able to buy souvenirs. The room was very noisy, I was tired and slept well at night, so I skipped breakfast. Next time I come, I will eat breakfast without skipping it. Dinner is not bad. I was given yaki onigiri or cup noodles, which made me feel full and I fell asleep. I am not hungry at night anymore.

I stayed here the night before a golf trip. It was short notice, but I was glad I was able to make a reservation. They also provided late-night snacks, which was very reasonable. The large public bath was also clean.

I stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days on a business trip. All the staff I met were cheerful and polite. I was grateful for the cup udon noodles for dinner. I was able to stretch my legs and relax in the large public bath. However, it feels more like a small bath that can fit about 6 people than a large public bath. The best thing about this hotel is that the pot (kettle) is a large, cup-shaped metal pot. It's easy to wash, so there's no need to worry about it not being washed, and it feels very clean, which was really helpful. It was great that they had coffee for breakfast on the coffee server. Amazing, large and clean rooms. Has everything you need for a great night's sleep! Front desk spoke decent english and provided details of the hotel. Located a short drive from Tigre Blanc where we had delicious pancakes for breakfast.

I arrived in the middle of the night, but was surprised when I woke up in the morning! The view from the window was amazing! I'd definitely stay here again if I had the chance.

The twin room was spacious and bright with two windows, but unfortunately we couldn't see Mt. Fuji due to the clouds. We were able to use the large public bath on the first floor, which was very pleasant. It was a shame that the welcome drink time had passed while we were out for dinner. I wish we could have enjoyed it after checking in. I was happy with the coffee service next to the front desk.

After the reservation was placed, the hotel confirmed it quickly. It is about 1 km away from the tram station, about 20 minutes' walk. The front desk service is good. The hotel includes breakfast, snacks and drinks. Mount Fuji can be seen through the window.

Very roomy for families with children, but the toilets and bath in the first-floor room require a suitable drainage system.

Very nice and big room for me and my kids. The room had a huge tub and even a in room sauna. Location is difficult to get to if you are not driving.

Spacious room 2 double bed Everyday Housekeeping Location near to Premium Outlet. Near to Highway Acess because I'm driving 2 minute walking distance to Halal Local Japanese Food Restaurant. Have in room Sauna which is a surprise, a bathtub and mineral water cooler in the rooms. Very happy to choose this Hotel for our 4 nights stay.

The room was pretty good, but it's a bit out of the way and quite a distance from the outlet mall. Dining options nearby aren't very convenient. That said, the room itself was comfortable and the facilities were excellent.

The hotel location is very easy, right outside the Gotemba station. They offered free breakfast buffet with great variety of Japanese and English breakfast options. They even offered a free drink an curry rice meal for dinner as our stay. The hotel room offered an excellent view of Mount Fuji as you can see in the picture included .

Breakfast choices is limited but sufficient and taste good. Extremely good location, close to JR Station. I do recommend them to carry out interior renovation to make the facilities more modern, such as the dining room for breakfast. Staff are familiar with hotel surrounding and attempted to assist us for some of our requests. Overall is satisfactory and match the price.

The rooms are small and finishes looked very old, but are cleaned, The TV is very dated model but surprisingly resolution is great. The plus points are reasonable hotel rate, good breakfast and complimentary happy hour drinks
