Everything was good, a bit pricey but convenient. Driving to the hotel is easy and there is free parking for hotel guest, just let them know so they will pass you the exit coupon.
The Mount Fuji view really get the full view and shiok to wake up to such a nice view!

Driving from tokyo down to hotel clad wasn’t a pleasant and easy drive. But the view was amazing. Onsen was fabulous. Connected to gotemba outlet mall.

Unfortunately was not able to see the Mount Fuji during our stay. We still had a great night here. The free public hot spring was great. Would love to come back again next time when visiting the outlet.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's only a 10-minute walk from Gotemba Premium Outlets. You can take a bridge from the 6th floor of the car park, and there's even a prime spot on the bridge for taking photos of Mount Fuji.
Unfortunately, it rained and snowed on both the day of arrival and the next day, and it was shrouded in heavy fog. Sigh.
The dinner buffet costs ¥5,500, and breakfast is included in the room rate. Both were pretty average.
Complimentary umbrellas at the entrance are a thoughtful touch, and there are several smoking rooms, which is great for smokers. Overall, I'd give it a 95 out of 100!

I am very DISSAPOINTED with my stay at this so-called "4-star" hotel. While the hotel’s exterior and design look modern, the service and room standards are far from what one would expect from a 4-star hotel.
I booked a triple room and paid extra for the additional guest, yet the room did not come with sufficient pillows or blankets. If guests are paying for an extra person, basic bedding amenities such as an additional pillow and blanket should be provided right ?
The room itself was also quite small, which I already expected in Japan, but unfortunately it was smelly and felt old, It doesn't worth the money.
What disappointed me the most was the SERVICE QUALITY!! During check-in, the staff were not friendly and explained the rules and regulations with a poker face. Throughout the entire stay, There was around four different staff members, but only one of them was smiling at guests during check-out. Most of the staff appeared impatient and were not very welcoming to guests. Additionally, many reception staff could not communicate in basic English, which is surprising for a hotel that clearly receives international guests. I believe the hotel should provide better training for their front desk staff.
When I requested extra bottled water, the receptionist told me that housekeeping should have already placed water in the room and that I could not request more, and the response was delivered with an impatient attitude. I'm like seriously ? This made the experience even more unpleasant!!
Even when I returned to collect my stored luggage after shopping at the outlet next door, the staff still appeared impatient while assisting us.
The location is also not very convenient, as it is quite far from many of the attractions we wanted to visit. The only positive aspect of the stay was the outlet located next to the hotel.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and it did not meet the expectations of a "4-star" hotel. Next time, I would rather stay at Lake Kawaguchi, which is much closer to the main attractions around Mount Fuji.

This hotel is indeed the closest to Gotemba Premium Outlets, but it still takes over 5 minutes to walk to the Hillside section. We took a taxi directly from Gotemba Station with our luggage, which cost 1900 JPY. The next day, we took the bus from the hotel entrance to Shinjuku, but it detoured through Gotemba city to pick up other passengers, and we hadn't even left Gotemba after half an hour. Be prepared for this if you're on a tight schedule.
The biggest selling point is the view; one side of the hotel directly faces Mount Fuji, which is absolutely stunning. It was foggy on our check-in day, but we saw a clear view of Mount Fuji the next morning, and it immediately felt worth it.
Regarding the hot spring: There's a large public bath, but we didn't use it. We pre-booked a private open-air bath for sunset, which cost 7500 JPY for an hour. Unfortunately, it was foggy that day, so we couldn't see Mount Fuji, which felt like a waste of money.
Be mindful about dining. If you haven't booked dinner at the hotel, you need to plan ahead. Convenience stores and restaurants at the outlets close early. We ended up relying on takeout that night. There really aren't many options around in the evening.

The hotel's location is extremely convenient; it's very close to everything. Despite that, the hotel is surprisingly quiet, with hardly any noise at night. The cleanliness is well-maintained, and the service is excellent. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my stay.
