I stayed here for a business trip. The service was excellent, very attentive and friendly. It's close to the station, and there's a large supermarket right outside the hotel, which is super convenient. The room rate was affordable, but I was satisfied with everything. P.S. The nearby supermarket doesn't provide free chopsticks, but the hotel thoughtfully placed disposable chopsticks next to the microwave, which was a very nice touch!

I had to book this hotel in Gotemba last-minute because I couldn't make it to Kawaguchiko from Hakone in time for the night. There was only one room left when I booked! The staff were very friendly, and the hotel facilities were excellent. It was also quite affordable for a solo traveler. What's even better is that you can see Mount Fuji right outside the window, making it a great place to stay for 1-2 days.

Better than I expected . Complete amenities plus free coffee and tea at the lobby.. the futon bed were comfortable to sleep with.. since we travel far we didnt have time to go out for dinner but to our surprise there is a free curry rice for all the guest … that was a plus points for us travelers❤️

It’s 15min drive to a Subashiri entry point of Mt. Fuji
Hotel is clean and staff are friendly
We start early, hence didn’t try their breakfast

They provide free parking as well

Ctrip's service made check-in incredibly smooth; I just needed to present my passport. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Gotemba Station's west exit. The room was a bit dated, but perfectly adequate. A major plus was the men's communal bath on the first floor; daily soaks and showers there were incredibly refreshing and helped me unwind after a long day. The laundry room was conveniently located directly across from the bath. Breakfast was nothing special, but it was sufficient.

Positive experience. The price is competitive. My 2 siblings and I decided to have the experience of a Futon night. The comfort was good.
The amenities were plentiful, just a bit unprepared regarding information about buses for other locations around Mt Fuji (but enough for their prefecture).
