I love *, so I think it's great that the breakfast buffet includes *(hot springs*), and I'm also happy that it's close to the station.

The room was very noisy, I was tired and slept well at night, so I skipped breakfast. Next time I come, I will eat breakfast without skipping it. Dinner is not bad. I was given yaki onigiri or cup noodles, which made me feel full and I fell asleep. I am not hungry at night anymore.

The hotel's free parking is about 30 meters from the hotel.Easy to find.

The experience was above and beyond expectation. The room and onsen were phenomenal ways to wind down after all of our sightseeing and exploration. My wife is vegetarian and they made special accommodations to fit both her diet and my own while very patiently explaining each part of our meals to use and direction on how to best enjoy them. The service here is incredibly thoughtful. You can communicate directly if you have any needs, and Mr. Zhang at the reception was meticulously attentive to all our requirements. There's also a laundry service. Most importantly, if you're driving, Hakone can be quite challenging with its narrow roads, so be careful!

The location is a bit secluded.  The staff keep a clean environment.  The service here is excellent.  The facilities are good, however besides onsen and food, there isn't much else to do.  The uncharges are a bit steep

I opted for a two-meal option and would recommend this place to everyone; I think it's quite good value for money. However, there's no shower in the room, so you have to go to the public bathhouse to shower, and then you can soak in the hot spring. If you don't like soaking in the hot spring with a group, they have private bathhouses available for booking at 3500 yen per hour. I recommend them to everyone

The hotel has a beautiful environment, especially the Japanese garden 🏡 which is incredibly picturesque. Even though it's winter, the plum blossoms and cherry blossoms 🌸 in the courtyard are already in bloom, making for a pleasant stroll. There are also many cultural relics. The staff who greeted us escorted us to our room and even observed our body types to provide the right size yukata. Every service member was smiling, and when we left, they saw us off at the door, waving until our car was out of sight, which was very touching. The Japanese aesthetic was evident everywhere.

The first night's dinner was very lavish, but the second night's was a bit underwhelming. The courtyard view is beautiful; you could easily spend half a day exploring it.
