I didn't get the service I expected. The room was spacious and the amenities were good, but the customer service was a bit off. I felt like they prioritized employees over the customer experience.

The experience was above and beyond expectation. The room and onsen were phenomenal ways to wind down after all of our sightseeing and exploration. My wife is vegetarian and they made special accommodations to fit both her diet and my own while very patiently explaining each part of our meals to use and direction on how to best enjoy them. If we're ever back in Hakone, this is where we will be staying...

The hotel was very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly enthusiastic and friendly. There's a hot spring for bathing, and it includes a one-night stay with two meals. The food selection was extensive and very rich. Overall, it's excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

The service here is incredibly thoughtful. You can communicate directly if you have any needs, and Mr. Zhang at the reception was meticulously attentive to all our requirements. There's also a laundry service. Most importantly, if you're driving, Hakone can be quite challenging with its narrow roads, so be careful!

The location is a bit secluded.  The staff keep a clean environment.  The service here is excellent.  The facilities are good, however besides onsen and food, there isn't much else to do.  The uncharges are a bit steep

The service was excellent, professional, and very attentive. The in-room amenities were premium and had a luxurious feel. The towels and hot spring attire were made from high-quality material and felt wonderful. It's an excellent choice for a hot spring inn.

The room was absolutely beautiful! 🤩 The hot spring was also incredibly relaxing. I stayed in a two-story room, so the two spaces were very separate and comfortable! The bed was also very, very large! The bamboo forest view from the window was absolutely stunning.

The Kaiseki cuisine is full of ritual, the hotel is very private, dinner and breakfast are in the room, so there is no public space in the hotel. Bathing is very comfortable, suitable for couples to travel.

I totally recommend it. Just be aware that the onsens are naked and they separate females and males. I recommend to book for a private onsen and you can be with your partner

I opted for a two-meal option and would recommend this place to everyone; I think it's quite good value for money. However, there's no shower in the room, so you have to go to the public bathhouse to shower, and then you can soak in the hot spring. If you don't like soaking in the hot spring with a group, they have private bathhouses available for booking at 3500 yen per hour. I recommend them to everyone

The food was great and the open-air bath was the best. I will visit again. It was near the lake so the atmosphere was good and it was a quiet place so I could rest quietly.

The hotel service is first-class, the room is large enough, clean and hygienic. It is close to the bus station and Taoyuandai Station. The dinner is also very rich. I enjoy soaking in the hot spring. The only drawback is that there is no shower room in the room. I have to go to the large bath every time.

The hotel's shuttle service made getting around incredibly easy. We pre-booked it on Ctrip, and the shuttle to/from Odawara was right on schedule. It also offered flexible pickups and drop-offs at several attractions. After returning to the hotel, a soak in the hot spring was the perfect way to unwind and wash away the day's fatigue.
