🚴♀️🇹🇭 This was my first time in Japan, and I came to cycle around Mount Fuji. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities—including the onsen and breakfast—were excellent. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall, this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed.

Great location-within 10min walking distance you hv Gotemba train station, 7-eleven, Bakery, Noodle shop, Massage, Toyota car rental…
Onsen- hotel offer public bath (not natural onsen)
Room-pay onsite extra 2,000 yen per night to get Mt Fuji view corner room, more spacious.
Parking-lots available within and opposite hotel, free for hotel guest, register your car number upon check in
Amenity-good shampoo and condition, no lotion
Drink bar at hotel lobby-free cold water, self service coffee machine at dedicated time
Vending machine-avail at lobby
Breakfast-6.30-9am. Recommended take hotel breakfast, charge yourself before start your day

Is a comfortable and well‑located base for a Mt Fuji adventure, with easy access to both the Subashiri and Gotemba trails. The property offers many great amenities, and I especially appreciated how easy it was to borrow an umbrella — a small but thoughtful gesture during three straight days of rain.
The buffet breakfast is a highlight, with a variety of Japanese and Western dishes to start the day right. I also liked the eco cleaning option, which rewards you with two drink tokens — a nice way to encourage sustainable choices. Overall, this hotel combines convenience, comfort, and great service, making it an excellent choice for hikers and travellers alike.

Perfect location to see Mt. Fuji from room window. Near to Gotemba JR station. Nice Japanese breakfast.

The hotel is in the good location that is not far from the train and bus station. But if there is a service which can allow the checked out clients use the shower or onsen fasciitis (although the clients must pay for), I think it may be better service and make us be more appreciated.

What I liked best about this hotel is the service, warm accommodating receptionists, and its close proximity to both the JR Gotemba train station and Gotemba bus terminals. They serve good breakfast too!
