The front desk staff had a bad attitude, and they wouldn't let me store my luggage. The location wasn't great either. Mainly, the service was just bad. You can tell it's owned by the same people as that other place near Gotemba, as everything is identical.

The hotel offers complimentary beef donburi in the evenings, and there's free ice cream available at the entrance. The room was very clean, and they provide free parking. It's less than a ten-minute drive to the outlet mall. Unfortunately, I missed breakfast because I went to watch the sunrise 🥹 so I can't comment on it.

Things i like:
Location super good, just around 5mins walk to the bus terminal for the shuttle to Gotemba Premium Outlet.
Staffs are friendly and helpful
The hot bath is quite nice
Free drinks and udon
If the weather is good sky is clear, Mount Fuji can be viewed right away.
Things i don’t like:
Bathroom is compact and the toilet is so tiny that unless you have a micro D, you are going to manual drive every time you sit on it
The ventilation is weak almost none, so the room is moist and smell

Overall is good. The room is bigger than Tokyo one.
On fourth floor, can enjoy the fujisan view. Breakfast is ok.
What make me feel weird is there are water dispenser at lobby but we can’t the hot water for instant noodles/ refill in our bottle. We must use the kettle in our room if we want to get hot water/ eat instant noodle.

Just decent hotel, check in still need to be at 3pm. Front desk closed before 3pm, with lights off as well. Room is pretty small, however the location was really good, just 3-6 mins drive to where we planned to go.

Very decent room size, staff's service and location for the price. would recommend for tourists if you rent a car. There are also many shops and restaurants opening till very late nearby.

Great location, quite close to the bus station, and there's a supermarket right across the street, making shopping super convenient. They have hot springs to relax in, and the complimentary curry udon noodles in the evening are definitely a must-try!

Hotel and room were clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, with a mix of Japanese and western options. Would come back to stay here when we return to Gotemba.

Very friendly staff and service is also very attentive. Location is good and it’s a good stop by for outlet shopping and Mt. Fuji.
