Check in is at 2000hrs, fast process, there's alot of rooms in this building. Generally clean, there's a jackpot machine in the room tho not much use for us. Air conditioning was only on heater mode, thankfully our balcony door was able to open else it would have been stuffy. Requested for extra pillows and they accommodated. Unable to cast for TV, only 1 english channel. Has a small fridge and microwave. Generally like the room size. Location wise, there's really nth much nearby. U'll need to walk 5mins to 7-11 and a little bit more there's a big local supermarket. Walkable to Osu walking street, about 20mins. Economical price for the room size.

My husband brought me here after our wedding, we stayed 4 nights. My butt was destroyed. I definitely recommend.

Stayed three nights, nice place! Only downside is that (at least in my room) you couldn't really open the windows' shutters as there were spider webs and various spiders roaming around. Other than that, the bath tub and general room space were bigger than any other Japanese hotel. Not bad

Ok place to stay, has the same vibe of a Japanese “love hotel” but with general tourists staying there also. Rooms are large and that’s the best thing about this place.
Pros: large room, large bed, interesting lights, TV was big.
Cons: room had a weird smell, TV wasn’t smart and was restricted to the hotel settings, no cleaning service unless you pay extra. And the biggest negative was a 8pm check in. You have to pay extra to check in at 6pm. We forgot to check that bit and got there at 3pm which is the usual time for check in and obviously were shocked at the time. Oops.
Overall it’s worth a stay just for the size of the room, and if the price is right then yeah give it a go. Still had novelty value for me and the accidental purchase of 500 yen female panties was hilarious - be careful which buttons you press hah ha!!

Really comfortable rooms, both in terms of size and what’s included (skincare products, karaoke, massage chair, and more).
The included breakfast was good, and the food and drinks we ordered beyond that were decent too.
Nice staff – even though we had a bit of trouble communicating in English.
It’s not the cleanest if you look closely at some dusty corners and carpet stains, but still – for the price and overall experience, we’d gladly come back again.

It was a good “lovehotel” the price was 17500 yen but it worth it. Our room was 4th floor and had sauna 🧖

Good location and good price. They permit you to go out during your staying. The staff speaks english. The room is wide and it was so tidy and well put together. There is a variety of hair products. You can watch a TV while enjoy the bathtub cause there is one on the wall above it. There's no beverage drinks at all floors, but two bottles of water and drip coffee are available in the room.

This place feels quite seedy as you are checking in and making your way to the room. Plus the narrow halls, low ceilings and lack of natural light made us feel quite claustrophobic. The room on the other hand was quite nice and had everything you could imagine. The only real criticism was that there wasn't a single window and the top blanket on the bed had a pretty obvious stain which wasn't the most welcoming thing to see as we were getting acquainted with the room.
