Huge thanks for the taxi service! Also really appreciate the workspace – having chargers, coffee, and a spot to read or take a short break was fantastic. Plus, it's super close to Nagoya Station.

This is the best valuable hotel we've stayed in Japan throughout our 2 weeks trip! This hotel is very posh designed. There's unlimited coffee available in the lobby with full glass window viewing the street from 2F. Also has a long table with strong wifi for those who need to work.
Nagayo stopover was unplanned but we want to come back for this hotel stay!

Walkable from Shinkanshin Nagoya station.
Excellent location with lots of eateries around
My granddaughter was sick and vomited on the blanket. Informed front desk and they make changes immediately.

I had previously stayed at Resol Trinity Osaka and really enjoyed it, so when I was searching for hotels in Nagoya and chances upon a Resol branch there, I decided to book it. All in all it paled in comparison to the Osaka branch. Location wise, it was very good as it was only around 5 minutes to Nagoya station and the necessary subway stations and the like, with many malls nearby, and an underground mall steps from the hotel doorstep. The room itself was spacious and roomy, but rather lacking of a feeling of comfort. The soundproofing was actually very bad, because I could actually hear the noises from neighbors on all sides, even the upper one. And because it was beside a road, factor in that noise as well and you can imagine how much rest one might get at night. All in all, it was just ok, and I definitely won't purposely go all out to rebook this hotel were I ever to revisit Nagoya again.

Overall good at price and the service from the staff. There was one sweet girl staff helped me to check in and she even brought my suitcase to my room before i check in. I was so happy. But the only problem is the wifi is too slow, i don't know it was only my room or not, i stayed for 3days and 2nights and the wifi was really slow.

Decided to stay in the same hotel after Takayama, Shirakawa go visit, walking distance to mrt station, jr station and mall, 24 hours ramen beside the hotel if craving for supper. Alots of bar and izakaya nearby as well

There’s is only one cleaning service every four days during the trip. You have to place dirty towels outside the room in the morning to get a replacements at night. Quite smaller room than what I expected from the pictures in trip.com.
