I think it's passable as a business hotel. The facilities are old and the rooms are a little dark. It was nice to have a large public bath.

I wanted a bottled water in the room. Even though it's in front of the station, parking is expensive at 500 yen in Ueda. Breakfast was advertised as 1500 yen, but it actually cost 1800 yen. The internet is poorly maintained.

I stayed here for two days and one night! It was a very convenient hotel, about a five-minute walk from the station and close to tourist attractions! I think it's a good hotel for business trips or those who want to take their time strolling around the city!

Big, clean and comfortable hotel right next to the train station. It has two parkings free of charge which is really convenient. The only thing i missed is that being a big hotel it would be great if it had some coin laundry machines.

I use it every month. The hotel has its own paper point card, which I look forward to collecting. You can also earn points on the hotel's plastic card. When I went in October, they added points to my plastic card, but this time, they wouldn't accept my card. I didn't understand why, which was very frustrating. And it's disappointing. I have stayed here multiple times, it’s super convenient. Location is perfect, it’s very calm and clean place, good for business or vacation. Room size was just right for one luggage, if you have more, it will be impossible to open both at the same time.

I was very happy to receive a room upgrade upon check-in. The room was very clean and there was no strange smell that is common in hotels, so I had a very comfortable stay. The owner is very kind. It's quite tiring to walk from the station. You'll sweat a lot even after soaking in the hot spring, so you'll need to change clothes. They provide a shuttle service, so please ask them. Since it's located in a forest-like area, ants and spiders tend to get into the room.
