I have stayed here multiple times, it’s super convenient. Location is perfect, it’s very calm and clean place, good for business or vacation. Room size was just right for one luggage, if you have more, it will be impossible to open both at the same time.

I was very happy to receive a room upgrade upon check-in. The room was very clean and there was no strange smell that is common in hotels, so I had a very comfortable stay. The linens were also very soft and comfortable. I especially liked the pajama-style sleepwear, which came in separate tops and bottoms. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

This is my second time staying here. The price is reasonable, and the room is simple and comfortable. I had a good night's sleep. I'd like to stay here again the next time I visit Nagano.

I came here on a business trip, and it's a very clean, modern business hotel. It's a bit small, but it has everything you need. ^^ I'd definitely come back!

I have to rave about this hotel! Self-check-in and self-check-out. The room was huge, and I especially want to praise the mattress – it was the perfect firmness, not too soft or too hard, and didn't sag my back! It was fantastic!! Although the room was small, the little table was a thoughtful touch!! The room was very clean, and the bathroom was also quite spacious. Overall, it was a great hotel!!

The breakfast was also excellent; I ate my fill!! Although the window couldn't be opened, the view of the entire city was beautiful!!

I went to Ueda because of the films *Sanada Maru* and *Shichiriko*, and those scenes still deeply moved me!!

I will definitely stay here again next time I visit!!!
