A hot spring resort (designated by the Environment Agency). There is a drinking area in the building. An example of a room on the "10th floor premium floor Kei-" that was opened in April 2020 with the idea of providing a more quality time for our guests. Saito Hotel Kakeyu Onsen Saito Hotel Let's start a relaxing adult trip. A new premium floor room with a hidden terrace surrounded by beautiful nature is being created in 2020. Recommended restaurant where you can enjoy French cuisine and Shinshu wine Mari-age. At the restaurant, you can enjoy Shinshu cuisine using fish and meat ingredients from Shinshu. Traditional vegetables picked that morning and Shinshu wine. Awarded the 10th Award. "Restaurant Kei" was born in November 2022 with the concept of "hospitality" and offers "Shinshu French cuisine paired with wines from Shinshu Wine Valley. Enjoy blissful gourmet food at a restaurant that focuses on Shinshu ingredients. Shinshu Brand Award winner.

My husband and I chose this hotel to enjoy both hot springs and exercise over a multi-night stay. There's a friendly trainer on duty, so we feel safe, and there's even a 25-meter pool. However, the gym's machines are a little old and not well-maintained. It would be nice if they'd allocate a little more budget. I wish they'd had two treadmills. The staff at each facility are well-trained, so we have no complaints. The meals are buffet-style, with many delicious dishes. If there's space available, you can also choose a famous French restaurant. It seems to be very popular, so we wanted to try it, but unfortunately, there were no openings on the day. We've been visiting hot spring inns all over the country, and we'd like to make this a regular spot in the future.

This time, the hospitality was the best. The only disappointment was that there were no toothbrushes, and the private bath and hot spring were lukewarm.

There were plenty of things to experience, like the gym, pool, and sports classes, so a longer stay would be ideal. I couldn't do everything in two nights and three days. I would have liked to have done a one-day tour (to Obuse Town, Mugonkan, etc.) if I had more time.

I think it's been renovated, but it still feels a bit dated. The buffet seems to be popular, but I don't think it's changed much.

It's a hot spring with a therapeutic feel, and compared to when I stayed there in the past, there were fewer guests and the hot spring town was deserted.

The food at the buffet here is very carefully prepared and tastes great. I was impressed with the small balls of konnyaku, which are an ingredient in the soup, but here they are cut in half so that they are easy to pick up with chopsticks. It's a time-consuming preparation, but the service was very welcome.

Good onsen in a pretty setting, on a river in the woods. Staff is super friendly and buffet dinner has good quality and variety. Good value for money for an onsen.

This was my first time using it. The staff was friendly and the room was spacious and clean, with a great view and my family was happy. My son was looking forward to the buffet-style meals, which had a wide variety of choices, and I was very impressed with the menu, which seemed to be designed with health in mind. The staff at the restaurant were very nice and I wanted to use them again until the second night. However, on the day I got home, I was given a place where I could have breakfast at the back of the room, where I couldn't see the food or the staff. I think the family members sitting with me felt the same way, as they didn't talk during the meal. The other seats had been cleared and there were a lot of empty seats, so I think it was due to the restaurant's timing, but I was very sad about the difference in service even though I paid the same price. It was a shame that it left a scar on my heart at the very end because it was good up until that point. More than anything, I am saddened that my family was made to feel this way. I felt that they should think carefully about what true hospitality is.

When I drove there while looking at the navigation system, I got a little confused about the location, but it turned out to be a very good hotel.
