There is no airport bus, but you can book a taxi at the front desk. It costs 1,000 yuan per person to share a taxi with other guests, which is very cost-effective, but the time is fixed and you cannot choose it yourself. It is a bit expensive to arrange a car alone at 2,000 yuan.

The hotel was conveniently located right next to Hiroshima station, which is good for planning day trips. There is also a 7-11 and Lawson store right at the ground floor. I choose this hotel for 2 reasons. One is its nice breakfast. In particular, the smoothie is the best of the best. You have to try it. The other is , they are close to the station.

The hotel location is very convenient, 3 mins walk to Hiroshima train & tram station, include restaurant & shopping. The hotel staff is very friendly & the room is clean, I love their quality coffee, one of the best I had in Japanese hotels. The price is quite high, but since it is Easter season and very near JR Station. Breakfast not included in the room price. Onsen is quite big with indoor n outdoor pool. The staff are nice and you can get your toiletry at lobby including coffee bag.

Cleanliness is up to scratch per Japanese hotels, but service level lacks initiative. All requests and queries just met with "No" and no follow up. Location will be 10 mins walk from JR station, easy to reached. Room is ok with onsen. All amenities placed at the lobby area which you can take anytime you need. However there no ice machines in the hotel.

We stayed in Hiroshima for only one night. The hotel has an excellent location, as it is very close to the station. So we arrived, left our bags, and went to visit the city. We left early, so we didn't have breakfast. The rooms are good and comfortable.

The hotel room was good the only concern i have is this japanese girl staff at the front desk i think she's pregnant. I don't know if she is tired or what but i think she doesn't want her job not accommodating and her face frowns a lot. I think she must look for another job she is not fit to do the front desk. 🤔 on the other hand the male staff was very nice 👍

It was a very typical Toyoko Inn hotel. The staff were all polite and stress-free.

The hotel offers a fantastic view. JR station, Shinkansen, and tram stops are all nearby, making it very convenient. The only downsides are the small breakfast area and the single elevator, which means long waits for taxis. Otherwise, it maintains the consistent quality of Dongmo Inn.
