Great location. This was a room connected to the King room that we also booked. Would have been spacious if there wasn't an extra bed that we requested for a third guest. If staying for three people, a Deluxe King room would be more spacious. I would book this again if I return to hiroshima!

Perfect location. Very convient for traveling around Horishima. Located right next to the railway station. You can watch the trains from your window. There are plenty of shopping and restaurants in and near the station.
The service was fast and personable. Perfect combination to make the guests feel welcomed.
The rooms are spotless. Loved the amenities and the free samples for facial treatment. Will stay again next time in Horishima.

Stayed here during a mid-February trip and the location is its greatest strength. Being directly connected to JR Hiroshima Station via the pedestrian bridge was a lifesaver, especially since we were traveling with several large suitcases. We used the Ta-Q-Bin (luggage forwarding) service to send our bags to our next stop in Nagoya, and the staff handled it perfectly. Also made use of their valet laundry service for our tops and pants—it was quick and saved us a lot of hassle. If you're looking for a stress-free base in Hiroshima, this is it.

The transportation is incredibly convenient, with the airport shuttle right downstairs. High-speed rail, subway, and tram stops are all just a 3-5 minute walk away. Shopping and dining at the mall are also very easy. The mall even has a Pokémon Center and a 24-hour supermarket on the second floor. The room facilities are quite new, and the check-in and check-out process at the lobby was excellent.

Right next to the JR station, making it super convenient to get around. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was mostly Western, a bit on the simple side though.

Excellent location! The airport shuttle is right downstairs, and there's direct access to the Shinkansen (bullet train) on the second floor, making travel and shopping incredibly convenient. The room was clean and tidy, and breakfast was abundant.

The location is incredibly convenient. The airport shuttle is right downstairs, and you can directly access the JR and Shinkansen stations from the second floor. Shopping and getting around are super easy. The hotel service is excellent. They have a happy hour every night from 5-7 PM with half-price drinks, and you can even order sushi and tempura at reasonable prices. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, greeting me upon arrival and seeing me off at check-out. The location is excellent, right next to the station with plenty of dining options nearby, and the hotel's own restaurant is superb. The bedding and pillows in the room were incredibly comfortable, truly impressive – I even considered buying some to take home! The environment was clean and hygienic, and the windows were so spotless they seemed to disappear, giving me a fantastic impression of Hiroshima overall. The only minor downsides were the hairdryer wasn't great, and the shampoo and shower gel weren't big brands, leaving my hair a bit stiff.
