The room was spacious and clean, right across from Hiroshima Station.

Very good value for money. Room is spacious with a very nice view, Location just across the JR Station. LAWSON and 7-11 downstaris. Breakfast is very good. A very comfortable stay

The hotel was conveniently located right next to Hiroshima station, which is good for planning day trips. There is also a 7-11 and Lawson store right at the ground floor. The rooms were comfortably large for two people and the beds were comfortable. Overall, an excellent stay and highly recommended. A room for improvement would be to consider providing bigger/more pillows for the beds - one small pillow may not beto everyone’s liking. Also, I felt the reception staff were a bit stingy when they declined my request for more bottled water after finishing the ones in the room…

I choose this hotel for 2 reasons. One is its nice breakfast. In particular, the smoothie is the best of the best. You have to try it. The other is , they are close to the station.

The hotel location is very convenient, 3 mins walk to Hiroshima train & tram station, include restaurant & shopping.
The hotel staff is very friendly & the room is clean, I love their quality coffee, one of the best I had in Japanese hotels.
Just for details, their towel fabric is high quality, soft & high absorbing in water.
I stayed in Nagoya last year & this is my 2nd stay in Hiroshima Daiwa Roynet.

Our assigned room 1425 was very small, doesn’t match with 21 square meters as per hotel room description.

Hotel breakfast was quite poor and often times, it’s empty.

Hotel location is really good, close to Hiroshima station.

Facilities: The hotel is newly opened, so the facilities are very new. You can check in by yourself, but it would be better with guidance from the front desk staff.

Cleanliness: Very clean.

Environment: It's located at the North Exit of Hiroshima JR Station, a 5-minute walk after crossing the pedestrian bridge. There's a Lawson and 7-Eleven right downstairs, which is very convenient.

Service: Classic Japanese service, very attentive, and they even helped me sign for a package, which was a huge help.

The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from JR Hiroshima Station, which is quite convenient. There are two convenience stores right downstairs, which is a plus. The room itself is standard, not very large, and unusually, it doesn't have a bathtub, which many Chinese guests are used to. Amenities are self-service in the lobby, and the lowest floor is the 13th. Overall, it's a typical Japanese business hotel chain.
