Very clean and conveniently located close to the station. The front desk staff spoke various languages, which made communication easy. I arrived early and spoke with the front desk about leaving the room key for my friend, and everything went smoothly.

This hotel is super convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Hiroshima Station, right across from the T-Site bookstore. The lobby is on the second floor, and there's a convenience store right on the ground floor. Check-in is self-service, and you can store your luggage for free. They even provide face masks with the toiletries, which is a nice touch! Breakfast is a generous spread, though you might need to queue a bit around 7:00 AM. There were a lot of European and American tourists visiting Hiroshima. Overall, a really great hotel.

This hotel has a great location, close to Hiroshima Station, making shopping convenient.
The hotel is generally clean and new, with a convenience store downstairs. The staff's foreign language skills are average, but they seem to try their best to serve guests.
The single rooms are small but comfortable. However, in my high-floor room, I heard some continuous and disturbing noises at night, which is a major drawback.
The hotel's breakfast is very good and worth trying.

The location is excellent—very near the station and just a short walk to plenty of food and malls. While the room is a bit small, the design is incredibly clever. I especially loved the bathroom layout where the bath, sink, and toilet are all separated. It made it very convenient for three people to get ready at the same time!

Amazing, super clean room with great amenities. The hotel is in a very good location and the room is quiet. The room is compact but well-designed and comfortable. There are many amenities available in the lobby, even sunscreen. Check-in and check-out are easy and can be done using the machine. The tap water is purified and safe to drink.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Great amenities and perfect location. I had some medical issues whilst at the hotel and they were so amazing at helping out. They went above and beyond and I couldn't recommend enough.

I stayed at this Hotel for 2 nights. They have a roo where you can deposit and lock your luggage with using your IC card.
Amenities are available at the reception on the 2nd floor. A Lawson store is at the entrance and on the opposite street is a 7/11.

Spacious rooms, with individual air conditioning/ heater, and humidifier. The room is neat and clean, no weird smells, there’s a window as well. Amenities are provided, located next to the front desk.
Overall great experience with Sotetsu Hotel, definitely worth the price.

The hotel's location is excellent; it's right on the main road to the left when you exit Hiroshima Station South Exit. There are many restaurants nearby, and there's a Lawson convenience store downstairs, which is a fantastic location. The hotel's breakfast was also quite good, very satisfying.

The hotel is like 3 mins walk from station. Great views! A Lawson just below. Bus station also next door. Very popular with non jap tourists.
