Very clean and tidy, and the hot springs were incredibly comfortable.

Cleanliness is up to scratch per Japanese hotels, but service level lacks initiative. All requests and queries just met with "No" and no follow up.

Bed is soft and reminiscent of budget hotels, you can't sleep if your partner tosses and turns.

Also need to pay a bath tax of ¥150 per head per day on check in regardless of whether you choose to use..

Best stay in Japan ever. Very comfortable place, near the station. The best thing is onsen on the top floor. We very liked it with all our family

Location will be 10 mins walk from JR station, easy to reached. Room is ok with onsen. All amenities placed at the lobby area which you can take anytime you need. However there no ice machines in the hotel.

The room feels small because it is. Location is good and so is the hotspring. Good enough for a night or two.

Just 5-10 walking mintus from the Hiroshima train station. You get what you pay with an Onsen at the top floor.

Facilities: The room was on the smaller side for two people to move around freely, but having a microwave was a great bonus.
Cleanliness: Standard for a business hotel, with refreshed linens.
Environment: Decent, and the location was superb.
Service: The hot spring on the 10th floor was a pleasant experience, also featuring an outdoor pool and a sauna.

There are interesting temples nearby in close proximity to the hotel.

Very close to the train station, we can walk there to have meals and shop easily. There must be twenty to thirty restaurants that we can choose from.
There's an onsen on the tenth floor, good place to relax after running around all day, beats the small shower in the hotel room hands down.

Great location and lovely service from the staff at the hotel. Easy to walk into the main sights and parks. Hiroshima was perceived to be an extremely tranquil city.
