It was luxurious and I was very satisfied. The large public bath was also clean and comfortable. I would definitely like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

The food was a little too strong for our liking, but the content and quantity were just right. The Tamura Masaka show was really good. I was really impressed.

Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and the hot springs ♨️ were also great!

The hotel is large but the facilities are old. The only bright spot is the lake view outside the window.

The hotel is conveniently located between Abashiri Station and the icebreaker terminal, both within walking distance. The bus center is even closer, offering easy access to the Okhotsk Ryuhyo Museum (Drift Ice Museum) on Mount Tento and Abashiri Prison. A quick tip: make sure to book your icebreaker cruise in advance, as tickets are often hard to come by on the spot.

The room, ambiance, hot springs, and breakfast were all very satisfying. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located near the bus stop, making travel easy. Unfortunately, we couldn't take the icebreaker cruise due to the weather, but we'll definitely be back next time.

Hotel is very clean, amenities are okay (onsen is a little small - no tattoos allowed). Hotel provides ice creams, probiotic drinks and ramen during certain hours. Breakfast were fantastic. Recommended for those who needs to stay overnight in Abarashi!

Beautiful hotel, nice interior and onsen. Very clean.  Overall is good except there is no restaurant nearby the hotel, need to walk for 10-20 minutes to go to the nearest restaurants. Short breakfast time. The onsite shops and bar open at certain hours only.

Excellent stay! The food was delicious, and the service was very professional. I also appreciated the airport shuttle service. The hotel views were stunning. We had a wonderful time in Abashiri and will definitely visit again.

This hotel offers great value for money. The room was comfortable, tidy, and clean, and the breakfast was filling. The location is excellent, right across from JR Abashiri, making it convenient to get anywhere. You can easily walk to the supermarket and Abashiri Beer BBQ restaurant.

Unfortunately we booked a smoking room by mistake, which ruined our night. However the hotel itself was super clean. Breakfast in the morning was a nice addition. Plenty of amenities to help yourself to when you first come in which was great. Literally opposite the JR station !

Located right across from Abashiri Station, this hotel boasts excellent transportation access. It features a relaxing public bath, a decent breakfast, and great value for money. The hotel is conveniently located just across the street from the train station. While the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, it was nutritionally balanced and tastefully presented. The hotel also has a large public bath, which is incredibly relaxing after a long day of travel.

Location is across train station as main attraction. Nearby are good restaurants but convenience store about 15 to 20 minutes distance. Would prefer improved bed as mattress hard for senior citizen like me. Breakfast is ok. Amenities for the price is acceptable.

There is a 7-11 convenience store not far away when you walk to the left from the hotel. Across the bridge from the 7-11 is the largest local supermarket. The things there are very cheap, and there are discounts on fresh food after 5 o'clock. It’s a very warm and hospitable local inn, not one of those stylish chain hotel brands. But if you’re visiting a place like Abashiri, which is rich in local charm and warmth, you absolutely must stay here.

Location was good. Just next door of the JR station with bus stop to the major visiting spots right outside the hotel. A big supermarket was a 20-min walk. Basic room but the design was good. Sound proof was satisfactory as the room faced to the railway.

The hotel located in the middle of the mountain is very small, with only a dozen rooms, designed in the Abashiri prison style, and has been run by the second generation. It's a bit of a walk from the train station, and the rooms don't have private toilets, which is a bit wild.

Nice location and on a walkable distance to the center or 7/11. Personnel are friendly. In the room itself was no toilet and shower. Toilet is outside the room and the shower is in the public onsen.
