Service was perfect. Though,We were there on the earthquake event period with the impact of no electricity , the hospitality and problem dealing of the hotel was exceptional. They provided us great food great service. Only thing was the pillow was a bit hard. Oh, in the room WiFi signal was not Strong. The rest was great. The room were large, everything new and clean.

The restaurant was also in the corona whirlpool, and the infection control was good, so I was able to eat with confidence.

At the restaurant, there was a note not to have a conversation without a mask, but it is very disappointing to see a group of young people talking without a mask.
I thought the staff should be careful.
After that, I wish the amenities were enhanced.

It was a place where I had everything I needed, but nothing I didn't need, I could spend my time as I like, and I could spend a relaxing time.

・ Location: Thank you for having a convenience store nearby.
・ Internet line: There was Wifi in the room and wired LAN. I was able to communicate comfortably even at night.
・ Meals: Breakfast was a set meal and was a well-balanced meal. Dinner was not included in the plan, but you can eat it at the cafeteria at the roadside station. (The price of dinner is reasonable from 500 yen to 1500 yen.)
・ Facilities in the building: Since it is located next to the roadside station, you can shop at the shop during the day. It closes at night, but there is a vending machine so you don't have to worry about drinks. For other things, there is a convenience store nearby so there is no problem.
(Since the shops are mainly souvenirs, we recommend going to convenience stores for daily necessities.)
There is also a shared washing machine, which is good for long stays. (Detergent is also sold at the front desk.)
・ Indoor: The room is large enough. (If you secure a good place, you can expand two 90L class surcases.) However, personally, the bet was a little hard.
