We had an excellent stay at this hotel, and surprisingly, most of the staff speak excellent English, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Not to mention, the outdoor onsen is incredibly soothing—bathing while snowflakes gently fall around you is truly an unforgettable experience.
The only downside of this hotel is its location. If you’re not traveling with a group or don’t have your own car, you’ll need to drag your luggage uphill from Yobito Station for about 20 minutes. It does take some effort, but thankfully, the beautiful snowy scenery along the way helps keep your spirits up.
All in all, this is a hotel well worth trying.

Beautiful hotel, nice interior and onsen. Very clean.
Overall is good except there is no restaurant nearby the hotel, need to walk for 10-20 minutes to go to the nearest restaurants. Short breakfast time. The onsite shops and bar open at certain hours only.

Excellent stay! The food was delicious, and the service was very professional. I also appreciated the airport shuttle service. The hotel views were stunning. We had a wonderful time in Abashiri and will definitely visit again.

the buffet is very good with a lot of diy element. the hotel is very much filled with art pieces which makes it very unique. the onsen is not big but serves its function. the room is clean and tidy.

The architectural design and the decoration of the hotel building is stylish and artistic. It is spacious. The staff are very polite and attentive to your needs. They will give you a guided tour introducing the facilities of the hotel after you completed the check in process. There is a hut with a pool in the garden offering free footbath which is fun. They provide many room choices, including one with in room private onsen and villas where you have more privacy.

This time I traveled with my family, and the hotel was quite nice with very friendly staff. Due to my child's allergies, we couldn't experience the hot springs, which was quite a shame.
When checking out, we encountered heavy snow in Eastern Hokkaido, and the bus service was suspended. We're very grateful to the Vietnamese girl at the front desk - she helped us check the bus situation and assisted in booking a taxi to Lake Akan. We didn't miss our subsequent itinerary thanks to her help, and we're really thankful.
