We are frequently stay this hotel no matter which part of Japan as it’s always opposite of the train station 🚉
Very convenient for us go anywhere when need to use the train service 😊
We will always book the spacious room although need top up bit $.
This is a new, clean, comfortable bed & cosy hotel for us.
Free parking 🅿️ is 👍🏻
By driving nearby many restaurants & shop too.

The hotel's location is excellent, right across the street from JR Abashiri Station. However, there are no convenience stores nearby, though there is a Sukiya restaurant directly opposite. The triple room was quite spacious and clean, with plenty of room to open three suitcases comfortably. We had a view of the Abashiri River from the window. The bathroom was very small, and there was a major drawback: the triple room was right next to the elevator. The vibrations and noise from the elevator were very noticeable, especially during peak times in the morning for breakfast and check-out, which was constant and quite disturbing. Although the hotel had informed us beforehand that the triple room was next to the elevator, I didn't expect the elevator noise to be so loud.

Excellent location just opposite of JR Abashiri and a Sukiya. Express check in and out. Good buffet breakfast. Free coffee and tea at common area whole day. Clean room and provide all facilities needed. Will choose this hotel again if visiting Abashiri again in the future.

The location is great, right outside the JR station. It's super convenient to get to the airport or attractions as there's a bus stop right across the street. The room was clean, and the price was really good. You can even grab makeup remover, facial cleanser, and skincare samples at the front desk. The downside is that breakfast was just so-so, nothing special. Also, there's only one elevator for quite a few floors, so waiting for it can be a bit slow.

The location is great, right across from the JR station. The room was reasonably spacious for two adults and one child. We arrived at noon, and when we got our room key and went up, we found the room was still being cleaned. We were told it wouldn't be ready until after 3 PM. You have to buy disposable slippers at the front desk. On the first floor, there's a water dispenser, ice machine, and microwave in the lobby.

The location is great, right across the street from Abashiri JR Station. The room was a bit small, but that's pretty standard for Japan. Breakfast was just okay, nothing special. The 24-hour coffee and tea service, plus the microwave, were very convenient.

Booked two rooms for two adults and one child. One room had a 1.3-meter bed, which was quite spacious. The room decor felt like a guesthouse from 90s China.
Facilities: The breakfast area was very small. Self check-in and check-out were available at the front desk.
Hygiene: It was quite clean, but the room itself was pretty old.
Ambiance: It was reasonably comfortable, but the iron door gave it a 'prison chic' vibe.
Service: The front desk staff seemed busy; they were sometimes aloof, sometimes friendly.
Breakfast was extremely basic but filling. You could even take it back to your room.
It's a standard budget hotel, located right across from Abashiri Station. The bus to the icebreaker cruise also departs from the stop across the street.

I specifically requested a quiet room away from the elevators and not a corner room, but when I arrived, I was given a corner room right next to the elevators. It felt like they did it on purpose. The soundproofing throughout the hotel is also terrible; I could clearly hear people getting in and out of the elevator and someone snoring in the next room. I will never choose Toyoko Inn hotels again.

This hotel offers great value for money. The room was comfortable, tidy, and clean, and the breakfast was filling. The location is excellent, right across from JR Abashiri, making it convenient to get anywhere. You can easily walk to the supermarket and Abashiri Beer BBQ restaurant.
