The room and ryokan is remarkable. I cannot begin to explain how nice and authentic this place is

The hospitality was fantastic! We requested a shuttle bus, and the driver gave us recommendations on the best ways to visit the shrine and the best shops. The facilities are new and clean, and the environment is quiet. The terrace has a private patio, but there is no bathroom next to it. It would be better if the service staff could introduce the facilities in more detail.

I took my elderly parents on this trip as a way of showing my gratitude, and they were both very grateful for the hospitality of all the staff, and were pleased that the food they received was better than they expected. Seeing their smiles made me glad that we chose this inn.

This was my second time staying at this inn, and it was close to the Naiku Shrine, so I decided to stay here. This was my first time visiting the Naiku Shrine early in the morning. I was able to relax and enjoy my time here.

The hot spring scenery is nice.

We stayed in a sea-view room, which was spacious and bright, with soft and comfortable bedding; attention to detail was evident throughout. The bathroom was clean and tidy, with plenty of hot water—a relaxing soak after a long day was incredibly soothing. The hotel was very quiet, perfect for a relaxing vacation. The breakfast was plentiful.

The hotel rooms are beautiful, the equipment is well maintained and the space feels great. It didn't take long to check in. The overall feeling was very good. I will stay at this hotel again next time.

It feels like a secluded retreat. Because of the weather, I listened to the sound of a storm all night. It was an amazing experience.

Excellent service and explanation of all the facilities

All the staff were very polite and we had a great time. The food was also carefully prepared and delicious. Thank you. I wish they'd provide more hairbrushes as amenities. The exterior walkways were slippery, so I'd like them to improve that. Everyone slipped and almost fell.

After my retirement, my husband and I took a two-day trip from Saitama to Ise. The female staff who was in charge of dinner and the head chef who prepared the evening snack were very considerate. We splurged a little on accommodation during our pilgrimage to Ise and stayed here. The entrance had the dignified and luxurious atmosphere you'd expect from a high-class restaurant. The hospitality was excellent and the hosts went above and beyond for us. We were very well taken care of. The food was delicious and the meals were very well thought out. The house and sleeping quarters were exquisitely furnished and decorated.

You can enjoy your meal in a relaxed atmosphere.

The room is clean and spacious.  The food is delicious and portion is generous.

Although the building felt old, the food, the large public bath, and the overall atmosphere of Hamachiyokan were all good👍

The food was especially good; I never expected abalone to be so delicious! The ocean was beautiful and the views were great, so we enjoyed ourselves at our leisure. If you're coming by car, the roads around the inn are quite narrow, so please be careful when passing other vehicles.

The room had a nice atmosphere and a great view, but the large public bath was small, which was disappointing. The rice was plentiful and the sashimi was delicious, but the grilled dishes were subpar. There's a wood-burning stove in the lobby, but it's only turned on during live performances. The price doesn't seem to match the amenities.

It's convenient if you come by car. It's a little far from the tourist spots, but it's a convenient location.

The food was delicious and the service from the inn staff was excellent. I would like to visit again.
