Nice hotel, room spacious but a bit old.

05.10.2025 Guest

When I arrived at the hotel, there was no one there to guide me, which was confusing. The food and facilities were fine, so it was a shame.

20.09.2025 Guest

It had been renovated and was very clean. There was also a wide variety of food. We got free ramen as a late-night snack, which was a great deal.

The staff were very helpful.
The rooms were clean, and the kids loved the fireworks at night.
The food was delicious, too.
I'd definitely like to stay here again next year.

08.08.2025 Guest

The price was very reasonable, especially considering the time of year, which I liked!
I was a little bothered by the conversations people were making in the hallway that were getting into my room!
The food selection is wide, but I wish it was of high quality.
I'm not happy with cheap and bad food anymore.
The bath water was lukewarm. I'd like a sink and bubbles.
Overall it was good!

The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean and great. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel has a free shuttle bus to and from the JR station. The room is quite large, the dining is excellent, the ingredients for breakfast and dinner are very rich, and there is also ramen for midnight snacks 🍜. I strongly recommend staying here for two meals. The hot spring is very comfortable.

Perfect place for onsen and short remedy treat! Excellent meals ( breakfast and dinner ) provided upon booking the room! Enjoying the crab dinner a lot! They even provided the ramen as supper 👍🏻👍🏻

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. I like the luxurious lobby and the beautiful view of the harbor from the room. The restaurant has spacious seats and serves delicious Matsusaka beef. If you go by rail, you can go to the official website to apply for pick-up service.
