The staffs are very, very nice and sweet. they taught us how to even wear the correct Japanese Yukata. And I had a very, very fun moment and unforgettable memory here we will definitely come back if there is a chance.

This place was absolutely fantastic! Even with the language barrier, the staff were incredibly kind and explained everything so patiently. The room seemed newly renovated and was super clean and lovely! It's about a 7-minute walk from the station, but it's on the main street, so accessibility is excellent. For check-in, I used the free shuttle that takes you from the station to the ryokan. If I ever come back to Kinosaki, I'll definitely stay here again. Haha.

Very nice Ryokan with good location.
Superb service for Kaki San and also the staff who willing to show me how to wear Yukata and the coat even tho he can't really speak English (forgot to check his name). The free to all the available public onsen throughout the stay is definitely a plus point.
Tried the nice authentic Japanese breakfast.
Overall recommended this accomodation. Will definitely book again if I visit Kinosaki again

The hotel has a great location, right in the middle of the onsen town, and it's also a short walk to the JR station – very convenient! The closest baths are Yanagi-yu and Ichino-yu; the other baths are only about 500-600 meters away. Even in winter, walking around in the yukatas provided by the hotel wasn't cold. Upon check-in, we were greeted by Ms. Takako, who was learning Chinese. She was incredibly helpful, providing us with hotel information, explanations, and a map of the onsen town in Chinese. The lady who escorted us to our room also helped us choose suitable yukatas (because I'm a bit chubby, I kept changing into larger ones) and made us tea. The service was excellent. We booked a Japanese-style room, which was noticeably decorated with a touch of modern style. The room also had a small balcony overlooking the onsen town, perfect for taking photos. Overall, it was truly wonderful! I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance. Thank you for your hospitality.

I don't recommend it at all. The CP value is too low. You would be crazy to stay here at this price.

The renovated Japanese-style room has a separate bathroom and a large bed. It's large, well-equipped, and the service is excellent. The dinner was average, but the internet was incredibly slow. It's about a one-stop walk from the JR station.

The room was clean, fresh and traditionally charming. The staff spoke great English. The honkan is conveniently located in the heart of town, just steps away from public onsens and stores. Yukata, towels and onsen ticket are provided. Very affordable, excellent value.

It is within walking distance from Kinosaki Onsen Station and not far from various hot springs. The hotel has its own small bathing area with few people, quietness and comfortable water temperature. The service staff guided us on how to wear yukata correctly and also helped to carry our luggage upstairs. The service was considerate and warm. We stayed for several days with two meals, so we only booked accommodation without this hotel, so I can't comment on the food.

Generally good experience and enjoyed my room. Helpful staff. Clean room, comfortable bedding although it is not a new hotel. Everything I needed was available without my asking. Thoughtful touches in the room was much appreciated. I didn't get to use the restaurant or public bath so I'm unable to comment. Bathroom is rather old but I was mostly visiting the onsens and bathed somewhere else. Overall, good.

I will still give 5 for the great value for money compared to adjacent more expensive accommodation. Hope unsafe things there get improved.

Location: 8-10 minutes walk to the train station. Near Family Mart! In the heart of Kinosaki onsen touristy street.

Service: When I arrived around 4pm,there is no one to help me carry my heavy luggage up to the 3rd floor. There appears to be no elevator.

Room and Facility: Room has enough space. But the lavatory is so bad that the faucet can burn your skin in the winter. There should be some safety device. The stair steps are so small that wearing wooden slippers is a safety risk. You can litterally fall. Nevertheless, the private onsen is very good. It does not smell like chlorine. The woody scent is relaxing and memorable.

Welcome lounge and Breakfast: Warm and welcoming staff at the welcome lounge and breakfast. The freebies are limited as well as the time you can enjoy free but still delicious and well done. Beautiful cafe

Amenities: beautiful free rental tradional dress with a variety of options.

Such an amazing stay. The highlight of my trip to Japan. The Japanese style room was very spacious and comfy. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Location was perfect and breakfast was delicious!

I stayed here for two nights and had such a warm, friendly experience. The breakfast was great and they even accommodated my vegetarian needs.You have the option to rent bicycles at the same front desk you check in at which was also super convenient.

We stayed 2 nights half boards at Koyado Enn. This is beyond awesome experience in terms of location (very close to JR station), wonderful services with doable English communication + scrumptious breakfast and dinner. Oh forgot to mention its happy hour drink in the afternoon which we enjoyed after public onsens hopping; we had sparkling plum wine and hot/cold sake! Thank you, Koyado Enn!

The hotel staff was an absolute joy and helped me with any issues I had. Extremely welcoming and very nice. There was a trainee named Nguyen Thi Dung who helped me a lot and really made me feel welcome. The private baths were sublime and the food service was some of the best I have had personally. Definitely a wonderful place to stay at if you want to visit kinosaki onsen.
