I stayed here while traveling from Hiroshima to Sakai City Industrial Promotion Center to watch a boxing match.
If I understand correctly, when checking in, you first enter your name into a device in front of the reception desk. The data is then transferred to the reception desk, where a receptionist will greet you. (In my case, the hotel's database apparently stored my name in Roman letters. Not realizing this, I entered my name in katakana on the device in front of the reception desk. So, there was a mismatch. I had to wait a bit for the receptionist to be available.)
Breakfast was a delicious selection of dishes prepared by energetic staff in Osaka dialect. Being able to take the food back to your room was a great idea.
The room wasn't spacious, but it was very clean and comfortable.

The air conditioner's height could not be adjusted, so it didn't heat the floor. I wanted to rent a bicycle at the entrance, but the front desk was running it for a different company and didn't know anything about it. I wish they wouldn't have left it there!

Compared to other hotels with similar rooms, Toyoko Inn has a design and service that is tailored to the needs of its customers, and although I stayed at other hotels this time, I still feel that Toyoko Inn is the best.

The hotel feels a little damp, you can feel that it is older. Overall we enjoyed our stay. It was worth the price we payed.

I stayed here while taking the Kindai University School of Medicine entrance exam. I was unfamiliar with the area, so I booked this hotel because it came up as a recommendation. It was conveniently located between Shin-Osaka Station, Kongo Station, and Izumigaoka Station on the Shinkansen. There were shopping streets and convenience stores nearby, so it was very convenient for us. Breakfast was included and delicious. I was happy to be able to try the kitsune udon.

It offers great value for money. Weekday prices are reasonable. The facilities are complete and include a simple breakfast. Prices are slightly higher on weekends and holidays, but still acceptable. The location is good, about a ten-minute walk from the tram stop.

the staffs was friendly and helpful, we arrived 4 hours early b4 our checkin time, but he allow us to do the checkin and store luagage, while we can go roaming around the area.

Although the room is not very big, it is fully functional and has convenient transportation. It is about a five-minute walk from Sakai Higashi Station. There are also many convenience stores and restaurants downstairs, making it suitable for business travelers.
