Nice place to stay after the long day out from sightseeing and shopping
Extra good location near Dotonbori (5min walk). Lot of cafe, shops, money exchange, subway and railway stations, etc. Perfect for active travellers. Small rooms but it is normal for Japan. Strictly recomended!
P.S. Request for quiet rooms during booking. Rooms in front part of building are noisy.
The location was excellent, conveniently situated near Dotonbori and just a few steps away from the iconic Glico Man billboard. Our family of three booked a room with two double beds. However, the room was dusty, and we noticed particles floating around, which caused my son to cough. The hotel has self-service laundry facilities on the 7th and 8th floors. We tried using them but felt that no washing...
Great location, but the hotel has seen better days. The bed was uncomfortable, amenities were minimal, and I’ve stayed in college dorms that felt similar. You’re only given one key — lose it and you’ll be charged ¥3000. Not great value for the price.
It was nice to stay here. The location of the hotel is very nice, only 4 minutes away you will reach the Gligo sign, 7-11 under the hotel.
Good hotel, near the main area you want to be in!

The breakfast is incredibly delicious and offers a wide variety of options, so I always eat breakfast there when I stay there!
Awesome hotel and great value. The staff are amazing. Very close to everything. 2 minutes walk to Temmabashi Station, about 4 minutes walk to the city mall. So many restaurants to choose from. I highly recommend this place.
small room, but very good for the price.
Personal helped flawlessly with a luggage issue from thenairline (chinese, not JAL). Would give them 6/5 here even though there was a language barrier at some point.
Location is directly next to Osaka Castle.
The room has all the amenities you could imagine: disposable and non-disposable slippers, kimono pajamas, razors, cotton swabs, a comb, and everything you could imagine. The hotel is quiet, and you can't hear your neighbors. The staff is friendly and helpful. Osaka Castle and its beautiful park are a 10-minute walk away. The room is small, but that's typical for many Japanese rooms.
The room was especially clean among the APA hotels.
The hotel is perfectly located near the train and metro stations. Sights are within walking distance, as are restaurants with delicious menus.
The rooms are small, but they have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hotel has a spa with traditional baths. Delicious breakfast in the small restaurant.

One of the best place to stay for solo travelers.
Top tier cost efficiency, attention to details in terms of sauna
Premium room is excellent if you have more budget
Will definitely stay again
The capsule hotel is worth more than it charge. The location is great close to JR & Namba stations. Friendly staff, comfy rooms, with TV & a locker.
İf they do not send you 10 am it will ve better. But it is fantastic. See you next year
This hotel is located in Shinsaibashi, about a ten-minute walk from Namba Station. The area is quite lively, with plenty of restaurants still open in the evening. The internal facilities are decent; the capsule is standard size, but it can get a bit stuffy.
Everything is fine exept the thinnest and hardest pillow I've ever seen in my life. A bit old amenities add a touch of true charm to here. They speak a bit English.
The only unpleasant point was my communcation about the locker key I couldn't find in the morning. They immediately asked me to pay 7.000 yen as for lost item, not even suggesting to wait for it to be found by staff or guests, as I hadn...
Locals don’t usually come here to sleep — they come to wash, relax, and go through the full spa ritual.
There are three types of steam rooms, a circular shower, and three baths:
two hot ones at around 41°C, and one cold shock bath at around 11°C.
You dip in and instantly feel alive.
One unique feature — every hour they run a group steam ritual, like a collective massage & heat therapy session. Very...

I don’t remember I have anything to complaint about.
Satisfying experience under any aspects. The room is spacious and clean. Very easy access and not too noisy. The bath is very comfortable and you can use the washer machine in case of necessity. I'll recommend it for short business trips or family excursions.
The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The included breakfast was a nice bonus, and the location made it easy to access everywhere
Booked two rooms. Had daily breakfast. Delightful. Will come back all over again. Hopefully they do start to provide more amenities like in the past. It's a hassle now we have to ask from the reception. And so many things are payable or not available. :(
Very good and excellent in service
Location wise : I think really a bit far from subway station, especially if we are doing day trips to Kyoto, Nara and Kobe. Distance walk to dotonbori consider ok.
Service : I book this hotel is because I thought is hotel service which provides daily cleaning but daily cleaning is just fixing bed sheets, if want to change bedsheet or wash toilets, there will be extra fees.
Amenities : Honestly I...

The location is super convenient, and there's even a 24-hour duty-free shop nearby, so late-night shopping is never an issue. We were out early and back late every day, so we didn't even notice the subway train noise. The soundproofing in each room is really excellent; we couldn't hear any noise at all. It's clean, safe, and having a direct subway line to the airport is incredibly convenient.
This hotel offers great value for its price and location. The room was small but comfortable, and the cleanliness was good. The lobby on the first floor has a fantastic atmosphere with two large tables perfect for dining or chatting, and a fully equipped kitchen. They also provide free hot water and coffee downstairs. Showering is convenient; you can use the single private shower room on the first...
First time in my life, I was being allowed for early check in at 9 am for free. Very good hospitality. Hotel is located next to main roadside and very near to Lawson by walking. Free refill for coffee and tea were available. You can also cook if you want as they provide cooker and microwave as well. Luggage storage is available eventhough they have limited time for storing. However, the only downside...
Convenient location close to supermarkets, convenience stores, Mega Donki, the Shinsekai area, and metro stations. Rooms, toilets, and showers were very clean. Free coffee, tea, and water machines, as well as kitchen facilities. Would stay again!
Very easy and convenient to the airport. Hotel have coffee machines for you and drink water at the lobby. I liked this place and come back again soon.
Everything was pretty good, and it's close to both the subway station and Tsutenkaku Tower. My only minor complaint is that the hairdryer in the hotel's public area is a bit old. There's only one elevator, and the hotel only provides disposable toothbrushes, so remember to bring your own comb if you need one. Shampoo and body wash are provided in the bathroom.

Toilet leaked, bin dirty and window didnt open. Great location though will do for one night! - especially if clubbing
I'll definitely stay here again. The surrounding area is really convenient, with a convenience store right downstairs. Shinsaibashi is just a few minutes' walk, and there's an airport shuttle bus stop right across the street. Highly recommend!
It's pretty good. It's super close to Shinsaibashi, just one street away, which is really convenient. The subway station is handy too. Downstairs there's a 24-hour ramen shop, and Don Quijote is also very nearby. Perfect!
The Japanese here are comically disorganized. The hotel sign was only in Katakana, with no Kanji or English. Despite being someone who can usually communicate freely in both English and Japanese, I ended up circling the building three times, totally lost. I even asked a Vietnamese girl for directions, and she sent me the wrong way! Dragging my suitcase, completely drenched, it finally dawned on me...
The hotel's location is excellent; it's a 3-minute walk from Nihonbashi, and right across the street, there's an airport limousine bus stop (near HEYTEA). It's also very close to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori for shopping.
While the hotel is a bit older, it's very clean.
It's small but has everything you need.

The room was significantly larger than what you'd typically find in Korea. Its location is excellent and easy to spot, right on the main street. Comfortable stay! Convenient to travel to Nara, Kobe, and Kyoto! Will come stay again! Stayed corner room.
If you want to change your towel, you’ll need to go to the reception and exchange your used towel for a new towel.
The rooms and floors have been renovated, and they are indeed much cleaner and tidier. However, the downside is that none of the doors have locks; instead, you get a wooden sign to hang on the doorknob. This can lead to people accidentally trying to open the wrong door. It's a hassle having to lock my luggage every day or send it downstairs for storage. The wardrobes and desks in the room have been...
I was a bit worried when I first arrived, being a capsule hotel, about it being messy, unsafe, or noisy. Turns out I was overthinking it. The Japanese guests in the capsules are incredibly quiet; it's in their nature not to disturb others. The floors are separated by gender, which made it all the more puzzling when a Chinese woman checked into the male-exclusive floor and made calls loudly in the middle...
Conveniebtly located as it's close to a train station, convenience shops, and shopping areas.
The hotel is in a very convenient location next to Nankai line-Shin Imamiya station and about 130 m.walk to JR Shin Imamiya station and Midosuji line subway -Doubutsuen-mae thus you can travel to either the north or south from Osaka city very easily. Very nice! I've already recommended it to my friends. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Osaka.
The hotel has a great location, and I’ve stayed here twice. It’s comfortable and offers a public bath and sauna. However, possibly because it’s close to a shopping center, some guests return late with large shopping bags and can be quite noisy. The rooms are large and often shared by many people, so this is something to keep in mind. During my stay, a few guests were rustling plastic bags and chatting...
The hotel is very clean and comfortable, and the facilities are quite new. It has a large public bath and a sauna. There's also a lounge area on the second floor of the lobby. Exiting the hotel and turning left, the Namba subway station (exit 25) is just 100 meters away, making it very convenient for getting around.
First time staying in a capsule hotel and it was a great experience! The location is super convenient, really close to Namba Station. The hygiene and overall environment were good. This is probably the cheapest hotel I've ever stayed at. Solid 4 stars from me because it's literally $7. There is a 1000 yen key security deposit, but you get it back when you check out. You get a small room that basically only has enough space to lay down your bed and have a standing luggage. The bathrooms were fine (at least before someone peed on part of the seat) and the showers I didn't use,...
Best bang for the buck.
Don't expect for a luxury hotel.
I took the cheapest room, the size of a bed and a smell table with a tv.
The matress and the linen were clean.
The room was relatively clean as well exept for the walls.
The part I didn't like about this plaxe is that they allow anyone to smoke in their rooms and in the public places, (reception, kitchen, hall, staircase etc...)
Exactly as advertised. For 10 bucks a night I have a mattress and privacy. The room is simply a box, with a single powerpoint. There is no fan, no air-conditioning, so you either freeze or melt. But this is no hotel (ignoring the name), and it shouldn't live up to your expectations as a hotel.
Private room where the mattress practically does not fit.
The showers are on the main floor, the feminine ones inside a common room of the hotel.
It has an elevator, which is appreciated, but only goes to floors 1-3-5 and 7.
It is very well located, offers luggage storage service and the room is very economical.
Nice staff.. but cold rooms on old building.. get a small portable heater.. also 6th floor is non smoking..
Very cheap! You can ride a bicycle for free! Good service and welcoming hosts. There are a lot of stores and laundry in neighborhood.

Primarily a lovely cafe, with accommodation almost as an afterthought. Cafe staff are super friendly and professional. Front desk staff are sweet but clearly not used to hotel work (a little clumsy with check-in, etc.). The building is old, but very well cleaned and maintained. Quirky but pleasant.
Good option for coeliacs, it’s not easy to find gluten free options in Japan, particularly for breakfast, and the avocado toast was really good. The room was a decent size and had everything we needed for a couple of nights in Osaka, we had a double room with a private bathroom, there’s a 7-11 a few doors down and the subway just a few more. The Onsen was small but nice after a day of walking.
We were on the 7th floor and the room was on central AC. The room was hot with 5 people in it and made it difficult to sleep well. The onsen was a nice feature and the only place to shower. Also a nice coffee shop on the first floor.
Very convenient location for the train station.
Booked at morning box from Thursday to Sunday (3 nights)(40’000 yen).
The hotel is mediocre, some rooms don’t have showers, they let you shower in the public baths but ONLY during opening hours.. (6:30-10:00 / 16:00-02:00) so if you wanna sleep in and shower later than 10am it’s not possible, same if you go out until late and wanna shower in the night.. they don’t warn you about that when you book...
Great location and easy access to Osaka metro. You can choose to walk to Shinsaibashi. Clean room and this hotel actually has a hot bath at level 10 🥰
The hotel's interior design and decor are excellent, and the staff are very hospitable. However, the location leaves much to be desired – it's right next to a busy road. Proper soundproofing should be a basic requirement for any hotel, but the windows seem too thin. The hotel is clean and well-equipped. There's a Tamade supermarket next door, and Don Quijote is within walking distance. In fact, it's not far from Nihonbashi and Shinsaibashi either. Excellent value for money!
Facilities: Clean and tidy
Hygiene: Excellent
Environment: Quite good
Service: Good service attitude
The location is super convenient, just a few steps to the right out of the door is Shin-Imamiya Station. There are two or three convenience stores nearby, and this area isn't as chaotic as some online comments suggest.
The environment is great, and it offers excellent value for money, making it perfect for business travelers or tourists visiting Japan. The front desk service is particularly good. very lucky that they allow me to check in early (7am) with no extra charge. room is ok for a single stay (single room with shower and toilet). with tv, toiletries and fridge but no kettle. free coffee in the morning. straightly no guest visit in the room. main gate closed at 2am till 5am. can use room card to enter. This was the most satisfying hostel I stayed at in Japan. It was clean and tidy, the vanity room was well-equipped, and I never had to worry about finding space. The capsule provided excellent privacy.
Overall decent stay. Personnel was very friendly. One downside was the air ventilation within the capsule. It wasn’t fully dust free and as I am allergic to that I had a runny nose afterwards. A more thorough cleaning would help. Otherwise I would recommend the place.
This was my first time staying in a capsule hotel, and overall, this one was great. Even with my mild潔癖 (germaphobia) and light sleep, I found it perfectly acceptable. The best thing about it is that the reception is open 24 hours a day.
The transportation is surprisingly convenient. The nearest station is not too far away, so it might be good for long-term stays.
Spacious clean room with nice bathroom. Located opposite a tram stop and about 15 minutes from Sakai Station with direct trains to Namba Station and Kansai airport. So great location.
The bed was spacious, but the space between it and the desk was narrow, so I don't think I needed a chair.
It is close to Kansai International Airport, so it is a recommended place for overnight transfers to Osaka.
I always stay at this hotel. There are no major issues, but I think it would be nice if they had a VOD service where you can watch movies, etc. like other hotels.
It was about a 20-minute walk from Sakai Station, but even though it was my first time there, I didn't get lost at all and arrived quite quickly.
You pick up the amenities yourself next to the reception desk.
The room felt like a regular business hotel, and since I was just staying there, I didn't have any high expectations.

Room was well equipped with ventilation, small table lamp, audio headphones and extension plug. I stayed in the L cabin and was given a generous locker space.
Rules were set in place and communicated to you upon check-in; this creates a mindful and quiet environment for you and...
I originally stayed at another hostel, but since it was fully booked for the next night, I decided to stay here for one night instead.
When I checked in during the morning, all the staff were female — one of them looked like an intern and was super cute, which left a deep impression on me! At night, the staff were all male, and everyone was very friendly and spoke English fluently.
In terms of facilities...
The hotel is great — very clean, with excellent service and a beautiful design. However, be aware that the room size is quite small, so make sure it fits your needs before booking.
The only issue I faced was with the air conditioning — the room stayed a bit warm, and I often woke up sweating.
I don’t blame the staff for this; it seems more like a policy or system setting issue.
I stayed for 4 nights...
It might be suitable in winter, but don't stay there during the rest of the summer. It's unbearably hot, the rooms are incredibly stuffy, the air conditioning doesn't get in, and it's impossible to sleep in the heat. They do provide pajamas. I guess they know it's too hot and are afraid of sweating. Considering the comfort level, the price is expensive. Low cost-performance ratio.

First of all, the bed seems bigger than a king size, and the sofa is also very big. Also, if you stay for several nights, they clean it well and the staff explains everything slowly, which is really nice.
This is the best HOTEL experience during my vacation in Japan. This is a very amazing room, very spacious and very clean 🥹 The reservation staff is also very friendly. Thank you for your service. 🙏🏻❤️
It was a clean and beautiful hotel. I want to repeat.
It is only used when using a delivery health service, but in that case the cost is cheap.
