The room was a bit dated, but the location is excellent. It's just a few minutes' walk from the outlet mall, and the view from the window is great.

Even after visiting Kansai so many times, this was my first stay at a hotel near the outlet mall, which was super convenient for restocking. There are several airport hotels really close by, so it just depends on your personal preference. This particular hotel offers an amazing panoramic view of Rinku Park and the outlet from its airport-view rooms. The scenery is absolutely stunning!

Room was large about 55sqm, corner room with 4 beds, amazing views at night, comfy beds. Super convenient location near airport. Hotel offers free shuttle.

The room was clean and tidy, with convenient facilities and warm, attentive service. It's less than a ten-minute walk from the airport bus stop, and close to several duty-free shops, which made my last two days in Japan feel peaceful and comfortable. The airport bus was punctual, and I even noticed hair clips and a mirror inside – so cute! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Kansai Airport

Rooms is abit old. But location going to airport is good. Not much food to look forward near hotel except convenient shops. Plus point is the breakfast.

Good for location especially with shuttle to Kix. Free parking for the guest is a plus. Check in and out is via machine. But ammenities are very limited such as no pillow choice and suggests to put towel under them.  The assigned room is close to main road and very noise throughout the whole night. Won't choose this next time.

This is a hotel I've stayed at multiple times. Every time I leave Osaka, I make sure to book my last night here. They consistently reserve the same room for us, which is a nice touch. Our family of nine, including three sisters, stayed here. We booked separate rooms but were able to stay on the same floor. The dinner and breakfast buffets had lots of vegetables and were very delicious. There was no clutter, so we were able to enjoy our meals at our own pace. The night pool was a big hit with the kids! The pillow was terrible and I got really bad neck ache. The Japanese receptionist keeps calling foreign stuff to talk to me although I speak Japanese. Not needed. Felt awkward. Also foreign stuff should be more professional and not talking about private stuff. All in all welcoming atmosphere.

Since it's part of the Hotel New Awaji Group, I was glad to be able to use the large public baths at other hotels in the group. I heard that you can travel by boat or use the shuttle bus until 6:30 PM, so you can go empty-handed, and I would definitely recommend it to my friends. The customer service from the hotel staff was also excellent.

This is a very relaxing hotel. All three large baths are stunning, and the private baths in the rooms are also highly recommended. The rooms are spacious with excellent views, and there is also a private pier where you can take a walk or go fishing.

This is my second time staying at this onsen ryokan. The room was clean, breakfast was a buffet, and dinner was exquisite. The view is stunning; you can enjoy the ocean scenery while soaking in the hot spring 👍

It was raining heavily when I checked in, and there was no parking space. I had to go in and find the hotel staff, who told me to turn and go to the 2nd floor parking lot. The experience was a bit poor. Normally, there should be staff to greet you.

Hotel New Awaji is so famous that there is no one in Kansai who doesn't know it, and their commercial song is so famous. There are many rooms with views of the surrounding gardens. The location is very convenient, next to Kongobuji Temple and opposite Garan Temple. You can participate in morning chanting at the temple. Services are limited; coffee and bottled water are extra. The breakfast and dinner meals are similar every day, truly a feast for the eyes.

The staff at the accommodation were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The English-speaking staff guided us around the facilities and thoroughly explained the rules. Despite the curfew at 9 PM, we were allowed to return later using an alternate door. Dinner was superb and delicious, with a variety of vegan dishes offered. It's a perfect place to relax and rejuvenate.
