9.0
Chiba, 2-120-3 Hibino, Mihama-ku (9 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Perfect location to visit events, shows at the Makuhari Messe. Outlet park just next to it. Train station is only 5min. walking distance from the hotel. Nice bar with view on the sea.
Close to the convention center, nice room and view and for sure will come again if needed
very clean room and good location
The room was very spacious. The only downside was the breakfast restaurant, which reeked of cigarette smoke. This made it quite unpleasant and unprofessional, especially for business travelers.
Great Location and Comfortable Stay Hotel New Otani Makuhari was a perfect choice for attending an event at Makuhari Messe—it’s just a short walk away. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again for future visits to the exhibition hall.
Chose this hotel as we were attending an event to be held at Makuhari Convention Center. 100% worth it! Room - spacious Distance to venue - literally 3 mins walk Will return to this hotel again for sure

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and the service was top-notch. The room was clean and comfortable. Great location for exploring the city. Highly recommended!
Too far away from anywhere unless u hv a car, but hot tub is good after day trip to relax in hotel!
excellent hotel in a great place. The sky view on the restaurant was amazing, thank you so much!!
A perfect hotel real class unbelievable lifts and of course Japanese toilets what else could you wish for
Didn't enjoy my stay here due to the poor sound proofing. I could hear my neighbours in the middle of the night for both nights I was there (up to 1am and 3am respectively). Had to call the front desk to stop but it didn't help. People were laughing loudly and talking loudly in Japanese. Seems like they gathering there for some party. Breakfast was really bad too. This is the worst hotel breakfast...
The hotel's sauna is fantastic, and the location is great. The only downside is that transportation is a bit inconvenient, and I never managed to catch the hotel shuttle.

Had a last-minute change to my business trip plans and was lucky enough to visit Chiba. The hotel environment is great, it's super close to the station, and there are many delicious food options nearby. The front desk staff also speak excellent English, making communication a breeze. I truly recommend it!
This hotel is at a great location n if u self drive, offers the best value as parking is only at 1000yen per day, which will easily connect you to everywhere. Train station is right below the hotel n connection is great. I’ll not stay in Shinjuku or Shibuya anymore as there is practically everything here shopping wise, with 3 outlets within 30-60 mins drive. Breakfast is ok considering the price but...
Hotel is next to a train station. Parking is chargeable. Breakfast is limited. We have ample space for two big luggage
This stay was absolutely fantastic. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to transportation and plenty of amenities nearby. The room itself was modern and cozy, very spacious, and incredibly well-lit. What impressed me most were the bed linens – they were incredibly soft yet supportive, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. Furthermore, the staff's service was exceptionally professional and...

Overall, good stay. Hotel is located within walking distance of many stores.

Very nice hotel, the front desk was very polite
This is a great hotel for a golf trip. The location is very accessible.
Great location with much to do and see around.
It's a great hotel. It's next to the Chiba Police Station. It feels very safe. You can see two big national flags of China and Japan when you enter the door. It feels like a hotel that welcomes Chinese tourists very much. The rooms are quite average, similar to the dry rest hotels in China. The bathhouse on the 10th floor is great, not big but very clean, with a good view (it is one of the tallest...
It's a bit of a walk from Chiba Minami Station, but there is a convenience store on the way, and the hotel is in an easy-to-find location. It's three stops from Kaihin Makuhari Station, so it was reasonable and perfect for those just staying overnight for a concert or something. The room was non-smoking, but clean, and on the 8th floor with a great view. The bathtub was just the right size, so I was...

Very nice hotel! Room was spacious and clean with a great view of the bay and park. Staff were nice and quick to help. The convenience store in the hotel was so easy and we got dinner and breakfast from there - was good. A lot of families were there, so accommodating to kids. Shuttle was clean and efficient. I was able to take our luggage on the shuttle to the Disney resort, so happy to have their...
Great rooms and view. The room is clean and spacious for my family of four. We got four comfortable single beds, a bathroom with a bathtub, washing area and a separated toilet. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. There is a Lawson 24hr convenience store at ground floor and other amenities like washers , dryers and microwave ovens. There are free shuttle buses to Shin Urayasu stations, Disneyland...
Regular buses to Disneyland take about 15 on the way there but can be up to 25 mins on the way home so it’s not super convenient. There is a Lawson on the ground floor which is great but it gets extremely busy once the parks have closed. Otherwise service is great and rooms are pretty spacious and our room had a great view.
I recently stayed at this hotel during my trip to Tokyo, and I have to say it was the best hotel experience I've had in the city so far. The breakfast was amazing, and the rooms were clean and comfortable, with everything we needed to make our stay as pleasant as possible. One of the highlights of our stay was the convenience of having a 24-hour Lawson convenience store nearby. It made it easy to...
Great and clean family room that sleeps 5 (4 bunk beds that are spacious and a sofa bed) comfortably. Service is warm and impeccable (even the helpful staff at Lawson's who helped us purchase entrance tickets to attractions) and the room service was neat and clean. For only SGD 80+ a night per person, this accommodation is a steal!
Rooms are a great size. Lovely staff who were very helpful. Great food shop on the ground floor and buffet breakfast. There is two shopping centres nearby with great food courts for lunch or dinner. There is a hotel courtesy bus directly to Disneyland and the nearest metro station throughout the day with public buses outside the other entrance.

I stayed at this hotel during the Chinese New Year. It's conveniently located with a smooth, complimentary shuttle service to both DisneySea and Disneyland. Hotel: The concierge was very helpful in explaining how to book the airport shuttle. I apologize for forgetting his name. We booked a set dinner at the hotel restaurant for New Year's Eve, and it was excellent value for money with great taste...
Facilities: It's a new hotel, very clean, and the room is spacious. Hygiene: Very clean, both inside and out. Environment: The sea is right outside the window 🌊, and the sunset is absolutely stunning 🌇. Service: Excellent, no preferential treatment for foreigners at all.
The room is big and clean. We had a comfortable stay. Breakfast is good too. There are free bus services to Disney and to the train station. There are also free bus services to Tokyo downtown. Value for money 👍
It was ok, too expensive though. I got the family room, the room was big, but the bathroom especially the sink area was cramped, especially for how much the room cost. Small fridge but no freezer. Microwave all the way down in the lobby/foyer, that was annoying. There's a free shuttle bus to/from Shin-Uryasu metro, and also to Disneyland/sea. Its 10 min to the metro, but its about 25 min to Disneysea...
The hotel is good, clean, and very comfortable. It's just too far away. If you're not going to Disneyland, I wouldn't recommend staying here. Tokyo's public transport is too complicated, and we ended up taking a taxi.
It was amazing to have such a spacious room in Japan! The cleaning staff came every day to tidy up, and it was always spotless. Plus, there's a free shuttle to Disneyland and nearby malls, which is super convenient.

I chose this hotel for my two-day trip to Tokyo Disney. The hotel and rooms are spacious, and it's very convenient to get to Disney with their shuttle bus service. It's also just a 2-minute walk from Shin-Urayasu Station.
Overall, the service was good. The room was spacious, and the shuttle bus to and from Disneyland was very convenient, taking about 15 minutes. The only downside was that the airport shuttle bus doesn't stop directly at the hotel, only near the Sheraton and a few other hotels in that area.
Great location. Close to station and Aeon mall and Atre shops. Free shuttle to Disneyland and Disneysea. Good sized family room. Highly recommended
Service is excellent&attitude is good
This hotel isn't far from Tokyo Disneyland and offers a shuttle bus, making it great value for money compared to other options. A great place to stay for a family. Our room is spacious for 4 guest and staff are friendly. They have free shuttle service going to maihama station which makes it convenient if you want to explore around and take the metro.
The hotel offers a free shuttle bus service near the subway station, which I found very convenient for getting around. There's also a direct airport shuttle bus stop right downstairs. Plus, the train to Disneyland and Universal Studios is just outside the hotel entrance, so the location is incredibly convenient. We had three beds for three people, and the room was a good size with a fantastic view...
This hotel is located in the Disney Resort, but the room facilities are very old. Our room had no Disney elements at all. The only highlight was being able to see Mount Fuji. It's walking distance from the monorail station, so no shuttle...
The fireworks at Disney, visible from the balcony, were absolutely amazing! 👍 The breakfast selection was also quite extensive, with several restaurants to choose from. The room was more spacious than typical hotel rooms, and the room service was excellent value for money.
The room felt quite dated, I think the 'renovation' mentioned on Ctrip only applied to the lobby. The location is super convenient though, with direct bus lines to Disney and both airports. The view from the window was nice. My only real complaint is the old Japanese bidet, which made a ridiculously loud flushing sound. Also, the check-in process was a bit slow. Overall, the value for money was pretty...

The room was incredibly spacious. We added an extra bed for two adults and two children, and everyone slept very comfortably. The bathroom was also huge, fully stocked with all the amenities. Big and clean bedroom Worth staying to experience Hilton hospitality Great service Good breakfast Location near Narita airport with shuttle bus service
Love the food at the restaurant in the morning. It was delicious!
The hotel facilities are outdated, and there was an unpleasant odor in the room. The night manager said it was because guests come from all over the world, so there were lingering body odors and perfume smells in the rooms. If you book this hotel, request a room on floors 8-10 as they have been renovated.
Hilton never really dissapoint, room are clean and spacious, gym as well, breakfast taste well. Wish i knew online the hours for bus navette from airport but otherwise all good.
Breakfast was below Hilton standard. To pay for the pool in a hotel is a no go. Never experienced this. Even it's not mentioned that there is a extra feed for the pool
There is a shuttle bus to Narita airport, so the location is not bad. The room is clean and kind of big. The bed is too soft. Everything is fine, and is a choice if you need to stay at Narita.

Convenient stop at NRT for a quick sleep before heading to your final destination. Very good breakfast, some rooms very small, ask for a room facing the airport, those rooms are significantly bigger. Bathtub a plus. Onsite gym, scale to weigh luggage, convenience shop for snacks, comfortable lobby, overall not bad for the price point. I stop there regularly when flying from China to california.

Decent, but an older hotel with somewhat outdated facilities. However, being a member and getting a late check-out until 2 PM is very convenient. There's a Lawson convenience store in the lobby, and the room size is quite generous for Japan, making it perfect for overnight stays after a late flight.
10mins away from Narita airport with shuttle bus services! Although hotel is old school style but good maintenance and service is super good. There also a Lawson inside hotel with 24 hours. And the lightings in the garden is a bonus.. very good feel.
Great hotel to stay in, good location and with shuttle services to and from airport, to Narita-san, Aeon shopping mall. Hotel room is clean and spacious.
For a Japanese hotel, this room size is very good, not small at all. It's also incredibly close to Narita Airport, with a shuttle bus that takes about half an hour, which is quite convenient. The hotel service is excellent, and the staff are very polite! The room was spotless, not a speck of dust, and a Washlet (bidet toilet seat) is standard in every room! There wasn't bottled drinking water provided...
The room size was just right, very clean, and quiet, making for a very comfortable stay. There's a free shuttle bus between the airport and the hotel, and a Lawson convenience store on the first floor, which was great for late-night food purchases. I really liked it and would definitely stay here again.
Great option for solo travelers near Narita Airport. Hotel Nikko Narita is perfect if you need a simple, stress-free overnight stay. The free airport shuttle is reliable and makes getting to and from the terminal easy. Rooms are clean, quiet, and surprisingly spacious for one person, with enough room to open luggage. Would definitely stay again for a quick airport stopover.

Tokyo, 6-3-3 Toyo, Koto-ku (8 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Upon checking in, the male front desk staff was incredibly friendly, always smiling as he explained everything and answered my questions. I was lucky enough to get upgraded to a deluxe twin room, and the shower was super spacious. They also gave me a complimentary cocktail voucher for the top-floor bar, where I could enjoy the night view of the Skytree. Every staff member I encountered in the hallways...
I've stayed at this hotel many times. The service is excellent, and the view from the window is beautiful, with a clear view of the Tokyo Skytree, which is even more stunning at night. There's a large supermarket and a drugstore nearby, along with various restaurants. On the way to the subway station, there are many ramen and sushi shops, and I've tried them all, haha. I really like this hotel and...
We stayed here for a short relaxing trip before visiting Disneyland. The hotel was comfortable and convenient, making it a nice place to rest before a full day at the park. Overall, a pleasant stay and good value for money.
Great ambiance, well-equipped facilities. The hotel even has a pool, and the rooms are quite spacious, tidy, and clean. All daily necessities are provided. Service is decent, making it a suitable hotel for families with children.
Excellent stay! The room was spotless, and the view was fantastic – we could even see the tower from our window. The location is super convenient, and the breakfast spread was really impressive. Definitely great value for money and highly recommended!

Tokyo, 1-2-11 Shinonome, Koto-ku (8 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The transportation is quite convenient; there's a bus stop right outside, and the tram station is about a 7-8 minute walk away. There's also a 7-Eleven and an Aeon supermarket nearby.
The location is quite far from tokyo centre. So you might need to travel quite far using the metro. The closest metro station is toyosu station which one of the exit heading to the hotel is around a 10min walk. There's a 7/11 next to the hotel. AEON mall infront of the hotel. The room is okay. It's quite small like the rest of tokyo room but it is clean and facilities are brand new. Next to hotel there...
We stayed at Hotel Monday Premium Toyosu for 3 nights. Overall, the location was convenient, with the train station about a 10-minute walk away. There was also a nearby mall with a grocery store, which made it easy to grab food and essentials during our stay. The staff were polite and accommodating. We mentioned that the bed was very hard, and they kindly showed us another room to see if it would be...
I booked a twin room with an inner window. The room was very clean and spacious enough to open two small suitcases. However, the bed was very hard, and the pillows were thin and flat, leaving me with a sore back after one night's sleep.
Chose this hotel because it is near Tokyo Big Sight (about 9minutes away by cab), however, do note that it is quite far from the other main shopping / touristy parts of Tokyo like Shibuya or Harajuku if that is important to you. We mainly took Uber around which is still quite convenient. There is AEON across the road and 7/11 just downstairs. If you walk further down about 7-8 minutes from AEON there...
Hotel MONday toyosu location is a bit far from Haneda airport and around 15 minutes walk from Toyosu station , the shuttle bua to station only available in morning and return on afternoon. Very clean and spotless also looks like new room. Other than location, everything is fantastic. 7 eleven only next door and there is 24 hour supermarket just accross atreet from Hotel. The team at reception is very...

Tokyo, 4 Chome-6-1 Kinshi, Sumida, 130-0013 Tokio, Yaponiya (8 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The location is fantastic! The Hanzomon Line entrance is right in B2 of the same building, offering a direct train to Shibuya without any transfers. The bus stops for both Haneda and Narita airports are just a short walk, a couple hundred meters away. While the Narita bus has infrequent service, you can easily take a direct train from JR Kinshicho station. It takes a bit longer but it's super convenient...
Nice place ~love the skytree view
It was a super great experience with Lotte city in Tokyo! Definitely I will come again if I have chance. If you choose premium room, you will get the hair straightening iron, some extra welcome gifts, coins to redeem juice, ice creams, and alcohols/drinks/desserts in lounge.
We stayed at Lotte Hotel Tokyo as a couple and had a wonderful experience. The hotel has a strategic location, within walking distance to Kinshicho Station, making it very convenient to travel around Tokyo. It is surrounded by shopping malls and plenty of food options which made our stay even more enjoyable. The view from the hotel was stunning, we could clearly see Tokyo Skytree, especially beautiful...
Good location just located next to Kinsicho station. Self help amenities counter with all necessary items. Nice view of skytree!
Our first time in tokyo & hotel location is very good. Connected to one of the subway station & walking distance to other lines. Have a direct limo bus to disney area at a nearby bus stop. Can see tokyo skytree from lift lobby. Quite a few malls good for shopping and have many food eateries nearby.

Tokyo, 3 Chome-4-2 Kotobashi, Sumida Ward (7 km from centre) 🧭 Map
This is my second stay at the Moxy Tokyo Kinshicho, and I continue to be impressed. The location is compact yet very convenient, with easy access to many restaurants and shopping areas. The hotel itself sits slightly elevated, offering a nice atmosphere. Although the rooms are on the compact side, they’re actually quite spacious compared to many business hotels in Tokyo. The rates are also very reasonable...
Great location with plenty of food options nearby. You can even order an Asahi as soon as you sit down after checking in.
It's pretty good, quite comparable to what you'd expect back home. The only minor issue is that it can get a bit noisy at night, as groups often gather outside the convenience store on the ground floor to drink and make a racket. Apart from that, everything else was perfectly fine.
The room was small but clean. Breakfast had limited options.
It's OK. It's just in the alley, surrounded by some bars and nightclubs, and there are unknown people picking up and dropping off customers in groups of three or four on the street, which makes it a bit uneasy at night.
Better than expected, many foreigners

Tokyo, 1-2-2 Kinshi, Sumida-ku (7 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station and offers a shuttle bus service to Disneyland (though you need to book early as seats fill up quickly). The breakfast selection is excellent. Overall, it's very suitable for families.
Its very convenient location. Opposite there is a donki. Beside the hotel there is Daiso , uniqlo , GU and there are a few malls walking distance. Mrt is just a ~ 5 min walk There is a coin laundry nearby, you can get the map from the counter .
The hotel has been recently renovated, the service is excellent, and the dinner was also quite good. It's reasonably priced and in a great location!
The hotel was a good and comfortable place to stay, even though it was a bit squeezy to open up our luggages. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay, no matter how short it was. The staff were extremely helpful. The view from our room was pretty nice.
Great location and plenty of food, shops and convenience stalls everywhere. The rooms are a very good size and just seeing the SkyTree from our room every evening is really amazing. The hotel is old but very clean. However, you can clearly hear noises from the rooms next door. For some strange reason, there was an incessant banging every morning beginning at 6.45am for about 30 minutes, which was impossible...
The room was clean and tidy, and the location was excellent. The Tokyo Skytree is right across from the hotel's entrance. There are also many restaurants around the hotel, and it's only a 5-minute walk to Kinshicho subway station. It was a great experience, and I'll definitely stay here again next time.
