The room was very spacious. The only downside was the breakfast restaurant, which reeked of cigarette smoke. This made it quite unpleasant and unprofessional, especially for business travelers.

Great Location and Comfortable Stay Hotel New Otani Makuhari was a perfect choice for attending an event at Makuhari Messe—it’s just a short walk away. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again for future visits to the exhibition hall.

This is the worst hotel breakfast...

The hotel's sauna is fantastic, and the location is great. The only downside is that transportation is a bit inconvenient, and I never managed to catch the hotel shuttle.

Regular buses to Disneyland take about 15 on the way there but can be up to 25 mins on the way home so it’s not super convenient. Great and clean family room that sleeps 5 (4 bunk beds that are spacious and a sofa bed) comfortably. Service is warm and impeccable (even the helpful staff at Lawson's who helped us purchase entrance tickets to attractions) and the room service was neat and clean. For only SGD 80+ a night per person, this accommodation is a steal!

Rooms are a great size. Lovely staff who were very helpful. Great food shop on the ground floor and buffet breakfast. There is two shopping centres nearby with great food courts for lunch or dinner. The hotel is good, clean, and very comfortable. It's just too far away. If you're not going to Disneyland, I wouldn't recommend staying here. Tokyo's public transport is too complicated, and we ended up taking a taxi.

It was amazing to have such a spacious room in Japan! The cleaning staff came every day to tidy up, and it was always spotless. Plus, there's a free shuttle to Disneyland and nearby malls, which is super convenient.

I chose this hotel for my two-day trip to Tokyo Disney. The hotel and rooms are spacious, and it's very convenient to get to Disney with their shuttle bus service. It's also just a 2-minute walk from Shin-Urayasu Station.

Overall, the service was good. The room was spacious, and the shuttle bus to and from Disneyland was very convenient, taking about 15 minutes. The only downside was that the airport shuttle bus doesn't stop directly at the hotel, only near the Sheraton and a few other hotels in that area.

The room decor is a bit old-fashioned, unlike the modern express hotels in China. In the lobby, you can use your passport to get a room card directly. There are three machines, and you can select Chinese as the language. Some staff members also speak Chinese.

I booked this hotel because I didn't want to wait an hour for the Mystays shuttle at the airport. Check-in and check-out are done via self-service machines, and check-in is strictly at 3 PM. However, the front desk can store your luggage, and you can take a free shuttle to Narita City or Aeon Mall. The room facilities are quite old. Compared to the Mystays across the street, it's tens of dollars cheaper...

Love the food at the restaurant in the morning. It was delicious!

The hotel facilities are outdated, and there was an unpleasant odor in the room. The night manager said it was because guests come from all over the world, so there were lingering body odors and perfume smells in the rooms. If you book this hotel, request a room on floors 8-10 as they have been renovated.

Hilton never really dissapoint, room are clean and spacious, gym as well, breakfast taste well. Wish i knew online the hours for bus navette from airport but otherwise all good.

Breakfast was below Hilton standard. To pay for the pool in a hotel is a no go. Never experienced this. Even it's not mentioned that there is a extra feed for the pool

There is a shuttle bus to Narita airport, so the location is not bad. The room is clean and kind of big. The bed is too soft. Everything is fine, and is a choice if you need to stay at Narita.

The hotel room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. We stayed as a group of four and were provided with queen-size beds and twin single, which were very comfortable. Decent, but an older hotel with somewhat outdated facilities. However, being a member and getting a late check-out until 2 PM is very convenient. They also offer a shuttle to the airport and a free shuttle to the shopping mall. The shuttle has pick-up points at both T1 and T2, which is where most hotels stop anyway.

The hotel's location was incredibly convenient for our departure. The room was spacious, bright, and clean, with no strange odors. It was quiet and comfortable – I was very satisfied. The service was warm, friendly, and attentive, which was truly heartwarming.

There's a shuttle bus service to and from the airport, which was super convenient since my flight was delayed by over 10 hours. That's why I picked the Crowne Plaza. It was reasonably priced and the room was quite spacious compared to other hotels.

Fantastic! The room was super spacious, enough for three people to open their suitcases simultaneously. It's really close to Shiomi Station, about a three-minute walk. There's a dedicated shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel, which takes about ten minutes. The hotel itself isn't far from the airport either. There's a Lawson convenience store in the lobby, and the room size is quite generous for Japan, making it perfect for overnight stays after a late flight.

Great location with plenty of food options nearby. You can even order an Asahi as soon as you sit down after checking in.

It's pretty good, quite comparable to what you'd expect back home. The only minor issue is that it can get a bit noisy at night, as groups often gather outside the convenience store on the ground floor to drink and make a racket. Apart from that, everything else was perfectly fine.

The room was small but clean. Breakfast had limited options.

It's OK. It's just in the alley, surrounded by some bars and nightclubs, and there are unknown people picking up and dropping off customers in groups of three or four on the street, which makes it a bit uneasy at night.

The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station and offers a shuttle bus service to Disneyland (though you need to book early as seats fill up quickly). The breakfast selection is excellent. Overall, it's very suitable for families.

Its very convenient location. Opposite there is a donki. Beside the hotel there is Daiso , uniqlo , GU and there are a few malls walking distance. Mrt is just a ~ 5 min walk There is a coin laundry nearby, you can get the map from the counter .

The hotel has been recently renovated, the service is excellent, and the dinner was also quite good. It's reasonably priced and in a great location!

The hotel was a good and comfortable place to stay, even though it was a bit squeezy to open up our luggages. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay, no matter how short it was. The staff were extremely helpful. The view from our room was pretty nice.
