Only ick I have is the hour commute back and forth if you want to go to Tokyo and explore it's regions but overall I really liked my stay
Accomodation of the room is very nice have your own personalized bathtub and the bed was very comfortable I was able to sleep peacefully
The cafe at the main lobby really helped in terms of eating breakfast and the two Lawson's downstairs are really great!
The washing machine also was good and you can check the status and availability of said machines In your hotel TV!
Huge room for one person! The room was very clean with well stocked amenities. I had a great view of Tokyo bay. Picked this hotel because of its proximity to Makuhari Messe.
A huge hotel located amidst factory outlets, a shopping mall, and even Costco. It features multiple public baths and offers a direct airport transfer service.
The hotel is located at a very convenient place and most stuffs are accessible from the hotel. Not bad, will come again.
Really liked it VERY convenient as they have a bus straight to the hotel itself, and going back to NRT airpor
Chiba, 2-120-3 Hibino, Mihama-ku (9 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Clean and comfy room and toilet. Polite and helpful staff as well who helped us with catching the airport shuttle bus. Good location and near Kaihimmakuhari Station, and a short walk away from an AEON mall
The room was very spacious. The only downside was the breakfast restaurant, which reeked of cigarette smoke. This made it quite unpleasant and unprofessional, especially for business travelers.
Chose this hotel as we were attending an event to be held at Makuhari Convention Center. 100% worth it!
Room - spacious
Distance to venue - literally 3 mins walk
Will return to this hotel again for sure
Perfect location to visit events, shows at the Makuhari Messe. Outlet park just next to it. Train station is only 5min. walking distance from the hotel. Nice bar with view on the sea.
The location is excellent, with convenient transportation, making it ideal for both business events and shopping. The dining options at Hotel New Otani are also a highlight
The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again for future visits to the exhibition hall

It's a nice hotel , we can enjoyed view from the sky restaurant and alson enjoyed the sauna and hot springs
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and the service was top-notch. The room was clean and comfortable. Great location for exploring the city. Highly recommended!
Had to call the front desk to stop but it didn't help. People were laughing loudly and talking loudly in Japanese. Seems like they gathering there for some party. Breakfast was really bad too
This is the worst hotel breakfast I ever had. Only the view (21F sky lounge venue) was nice. Room is quite run down and the toilet bathroom as well. Didn't use it but go to the onsen instead
Didn't enjoy my stay here due to the poor sound proofing. I could hear my neighbours in the middle of the night for both nights I was there (up to 1am and 3am respectively)
Parking is 1000yen per night and you are allowed to enter and exit many times. Pros:
Next building there's a Donki and lawson
Opp is a 7-11
Onsen is nice
Chiba, 1-23- Chuominato Chuo-ku (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The single room was larger than I expected; there was just enough space at the foot of the bed for a flip-up suitcase without blocking the walkway. The presence of a power outlet near the bed was excellent
The bathtub was available, and the water pressure was great. The staff were friendly, and we could leave our luggage there before going out
There were plenty of convenience stores and local restaurants nearby, making it easy to grab a quick bite or grab a few necessities. The proximity to public transportation was also a huge help in planning my itinerary
Above all, the room was incredibly clean and neatly maintained, and it was filled with the uniquely Japanese minimalist sensibility. The bedding was comfortable and clean, allowing me to sleep soundly
I stay at this hotel every year from late August to September because I need to attend events there. The facilities are quite good, and it's very convenient as it's right next to the JR station.
I'm so happy to have found such a satisfying place to stay during my trip to Japan, and I'm leaving this review. The location is close to the downtown area, yet tucked away in a quiet alley
Chiba, 1-12-3, Fujimi, Chuo-Ku (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Stayed here due to a relatively early morning flight.
Was pleasantly surprised that my room had a massage cushion, coupled with a public bath and steam sauna, best last night in Japan.
There are signs asking guests to return their used trays themselves, so please keep that in mind. Regarding the signs, I was surprised that in this hotel you need to specifically request room cleaning at the reception
Breakfast is served on the 2nd floor, with access by room key via the elevator. The selection is quite good and includes European options. The menu changes slightly, so it does not get boring
However, there were a few minor imperfections in my room, such as a chipped corner of the baseboard. I stayed in December and used the air conditioner for heating, which worked fine
I think this is something the hotel could improve, as it is not very convenient to ask for room cleaning separately. It would also be helpful to add more English translations
For example, all the buttons on the TV remote control are labeled only in Japanese, and the notice on the slippers saying “please do not take them home” is also only in Japanese
Chiba, 1-33-3 Makuharihongo (11 km from centre) 🧭 Map
There was a large public bath and sauna, as well as massage machines.
The services were comprehensive, reasonably priced, and easy to use.
All of the staff were very polite!
It was a pleasure staying at the Famy hotel clean good breakfast and a very good reception staff specially Kozo who was friendly and very helpful highly recommended closed to Makuhari hongo st
The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from several izakayas (Japanese pubs) and supermarkets in the surrounding area, and a 24-hour convenience store is a 5-minute walk away, making it quite convenient
Located near the Makuhari Messe convention center, there is a shuttle bus to the venue every morning. You can also take a public bus to the waterfront Makuhari Station
the place is great, the bathroom is a little bit tiny for a couple
If you're looking for a cheap place to stay without meals, it's fine

Very clean and tidy
Lovely staff
Would stay here again
Enjoyed our stay here. Rooms are clean.
立地サービス最高でした❗️
The room had large windows with open views and a great sense of openness.
The amenity toothbrush set came in stylish paper packaging which was nice.
I wish I had booked breakfast as well.
I used it for company training. The room was clean and tidy. The noise was suppressed, so I stayed overnight but was comfortable. Breakfast is very normal with a buffet.
Two stars for the W-Fi, which is unsecure, and not password protected. A Lan cable is provided, but its almost 2020, it. seems like last century's technology
Chiba, 2-15-4, Minami-cho, Chuo-ku (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
It was only a short train ride from Makuhari, and on the way back it was quiet and relaxing as most people were heading towards Tokyo. It was also very convenient to get to the airport by train
We enjoyed the ramen supper every night, it was delicious ! The onsen water is superb, eased my muscle stiffness and I am able to walk better even after return home from Japan
The hot springs are great. There are free popsicles and udon noodles. The heating in the hotel is very comfortable. The room is clean and the breakfast is delicious.
Great front desk service to help the check-in experience. Breakfast buffet has enough variety to enjoy for a few days. Very clean room and facilities.
The facilities were very clean, and the location was easy to find as you exit Soga Station, so I would definitely stay here again
I stayed here for two nights at the beginning of May because I had a live concert at Makuhari Messe

Excellent, excellent! Unbeatable value for money. Clean, comfortable, and the service was exceptional.
It's close to the station, which is great.
Welcome drink included
Large public bath available
All-you-can-eat ice cream after bathing
The room was clean and the front desk staff were polite
I mainly used JR Chiba Station, so it wasn't right next to the station, but it was within walking distance
About 15 minutes?
But Keisei Chiba Chuo Station was right there. I stayed for two nights, but I only slept at the hotel, so I didn't check the location, sorry for the 3 rating
Located in the heart of Chiba, this hotel is in the heart of the city. It's only a one-minute walk from the station and about a nine-minute ride on the JR line. The hotel's facilities are old, but clean
Location is a bit far away from the train station. Small hotel but good service. Room size is so so, can’t expected much in Japan hotel.
Chiba, 1-13-3, Chuominato, Chuo-ku (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Turn right and walk for two to three minutes and there is the "Golden Corner" Izakaya, which offers a variety of sashimi, skewers, and tempura bars, which are great for drinking and chatting
People, Obasan at the front desk is very kind and approachable. I haven't tried the breakfast restaurant because of my work and rest habits. The steaks in the Western restaurant are good
It's next to the Chiba Police Station. You can see two big national flags of China and Japan when you enter the door. It feels like a hotel that welcomes Chinese tourists very much
The bathhouse on the 10th floor is great, not big but very clean, with a good view (it is one of the tallest buildings around after all) and there is not much
Convenient location and great parking space. Easy to find and service is excellent. Top floor spa is a must go
After leaving the hotel, turn left and there is a 711 convenience store about 100 meters away
Chiba, 123-4 Tonodai-cho, Wakaba-ku (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel is conveniently located, with a supermarket, pharmacy, and Daiso across the street. There is also a convenience store just off the main street. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious
The large public bath was a corona disaster, so I was able to enter the women's time alone. Breakfast is a buffet, but at this price you can stay and have breakfast! I thought. I want to stay again when I go to Chiba!
All amenities are provided, and if you tell the front desk about makeup remover and basic cosmetics for women, you can bring as much as you like
Thank you for your hospitality during our family trip.

It's far from the station, so I can't say it's in a good location. It took about 10-15 minutes by taxi from the nearest station. There are a few restaurants around. Breakfast was buffet style and delicious
Chiba, Chuo-ku, Yukou 3-8 (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The other day I stayed for the first time.
I thought it was the best at a hotel around here.
As it was a newly opened hotel, everything was clean, serviced, room service, etc.
Since I became a member, I want to go again!
The location faces the main street. A little embarrassed? There are various rooms and the 9th floor is good. There were a lot of services and I wanted to use them again. Anyway it was good.
It is beautiful just after renewal. There is no station nearby, so it may be difficult on foot, but it is good to have a parking lot.
It's a bit small but clean. For breakfast, they offer pancakes or bread, but I felt like they should have something with rice.
The room cost 5,300 yen for a short stay (2.5 hours) on a weekday.
It was very clean and comfortable.
It was clean and the bath was spacious and comfortable. It was a wonderful room!
The rooms and common areas are very spacious, making for a comfortable stay. The cleaning staff came every day, and my roommates were all friendly. I had no issues during my extended stay here
This hostel in Funabashi is really good
Female cannot use this hotel, because this area has many male business person. Ordinary Japanese capsule hotel. Reasonable price: about 4000 yen. It has public bath, free wi-fi, and all capsules has electrical outlet
The Showa-style capsule hotel with a history of more than 30 years is easy to find next to Funabashi Station. The clerk does not speak English, so communicate in Japanese or with translation software
You have to leave the sleeping compartment at 10 am every day and can stay until 12 am. It doesn't matter if you stay in the same room. I haven't eaten in the restaurant, so I won't comment
It's a big bathhouse, a bathing center, a little old.
All local and well worth it if you're not picky and
If you like to experience real local life, it is a good choice for backpackers
Chiba, 2-6-6 Shinjuku Chuo-ku (in the centre) 🧭 Map
You need to take a few steps from the various stations around this place. Staff here is very friendly and willing to assist. There is a small AEON supermarket right next to the accommodation, which is very remarkable!!
My cubicle was well equipped with a TV, lamp, locker, hand sanitizer, cups for water (they even provided a bottle of water at check-in), and there were candies waiting for me inside — such a nice touch! I truly had everything I needed for a comfortable stay
I had a wonderful experience at Capsule Hotel The Inn. The building was within walking distance from Chiba Station, which I reached from the Narita airport using one train within an hour, which was a huge plus
This property comes with a public bath and a spacious common area where you can relax and eat. The place is old, but it’s okay. This does not bother me as long as it’s clean
This property is almost in the center of Chiba if you are traveling around the city center. There are a few stations nearby, including the famous Chiba Urban Monorail
The area was very quiet, and I slept really well in my cozy capsule
