Beautiful hotel,the food is good

The breakfast is a bit pricy if not included in the room cost. Also, no public bath which is common in Japanese hotels. Otherwise, everything was great

I always stay at Spring Hotel for my business trips because it's so close to Makuhari Messe. There's a bus stop right downstairs with direct buses to both Haneda and Narita airports, which is incredibly convenient. Plus, there are tons of restaurants nearby.

The room was spotless, and the hotel staff were incredibly friendly. I unexpectedly started my period, and the Trip.com agent helped me communicate with the hotel to quickly resolve the issue, which was incredibly thoughtful!

Great location from nearby supermarkets, outlet shop as well as easy access to airports via express buses from the nearby bus terminal

The food in the fridge from previous customers wasn’t taken out so we had to take it out by ourselves. Other than that the room was clean and rather spacious for two people.

Perfect location to visit events, shows at the Makuhari Messe. Outlet park just next to it. Train station is only 5min. walking distance from the hotel. Nice bar with view on the sea.

Close to the convention center, nice room and view and for sure will come again if needed

The room was very spacious. The only downside was the breakfast restaurant, which reeked of cigarette smoke. This made it quite unpleasant and unprofessional, especially for business travelers.

Great Location and Comfortable Stay Hotel New Otani Makuhari was a perfect choice for attending an event at Makuhari Messe—it’s just a short walk away. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again for future visits to the exhibition hall.

Too far away from anywhere unless u hv a car, but hot tub is good after day trip to relax in hotel!

Didn't enjoy my stay here due to the poor sound proofing. I could hear my neighbours in the middle of the night for both nights I was there (up to 1am and 3am respectively). Had to call the front desk to stop but it didn't help. People were laughing loudly and talking loudly in Japanese. Seems like they gathering there for some party. Breakfast was really bad too. This is the worst hotel breakfast...

The hotel's sauna is fantastic, and the location is great. The only downside is that transportation is a bit inconvenient, and I never managed to catch the hotel shuttle.

Had a last-minute change to my business trip plans and was lucky enough to visit Chiba. The hotel environment is great, it's super close to the station, and there are many delicious food options nearby. The front desk staff also speak excellent English, making communication a breeze. I truly recommend it!

This hotel is at a great location n if u self drive, offers the best value as parking is only at 1000yen per day, which will easily connect you to everywhere. Train station is right below the hotel n connection is great. I’ll not stay in Shinjuku or Shibuya anymore as there is practically everything here shopping wise, with 3 outlets within 30-60 mins drive. Breakfast is ok considering the price but...

It's a bit of a walk from Chiba Minami Station, but there is a convenience store on the way, and the hotel is in an easy-to-find location.
