It's a bit of a walk from Chiba Minami Station, but there is a convenience store on the way, and the hotel is in an easy-to-find location. It's three stops from Kaihin Makuhari Station, so it was reasonable and perfect for those just staying overnight for a concert or something. Perfect location to visit events, shows at the Makuhari Messe. Outlet park just next to it. Train station is only 5min. walking distance from the hotel. Nice bar with view on the sea.

The room was very spacious. The only downside was the breakfast restaurant, which reeked of cigarette smoke. This made it quite unpleasant and unprofessional, especially for business travelers.

The hotel is quite close to the convention center; you just cross the road and use the pedestrian bridge right after exiting the hotel, which is pretty convenient. The facilities are a bit outdated, but for this price point in Japan, most hotels are about the same, so it's relatively reasonable.

Lovely hotel in Chiba with a great view and helpful staff! We enjoyed our stay, especially how close it is to the beach for a walk and to various restaurants & shopping areas (walking distance from the train station too).

Didn't enjoy my stay here due to the poor sound proofing. I could hear my neighbours in the middle of the night for both nights I was there (up to 1am and 3am respectively). Had to call the front desk to stop but it didn't help. People were laughing loudly and talking loudly in Japanese. Seems like they gathering there for some party. Breakfast was really bad too. This is the worst hotel breakfast...

The hotel's sauna is fantastic, and the location is great. The only downside is that transportation is a bit inconvenient, and I never managed to catch the hotel shuttle.

I always stay at Spring Hotel for my business trips because it's so close to Makuhari Messe. There's a bus stop right downstairs with direct buses to both Haneda and Narita airports, which is incredibly convenient. Plus, there are tons of restaurants nearby.

The room was spotless, and the hotel staff were incredibly friendly. I unexpectedly started my period, and the Trip.com agent helped me communicate with the hotel to quickly resolve the issue, which was incredibly thoughtful!

The food in the fridge from previous customers wasn’t taken out so we had to take it out by ourselves. Other than that the room was clean and rather spacious for two people.

The hotel is a bit old, room a bit stuffy in winter due to central heating. But other than that service is good and the location is very convenient, good for its price.

The room I booked was for a single. I was surprised by its bed, which holds me like a Simmons, so comfy that I can't help but lie like a baby for an entire morning. Weren't the incredibly diversified flavours breakfast, I was sure to bury myself in it. In addition, the restaurant is a must-visit, especially since its lunch allowed me to stay 4 hours enjoying the morning sunlight.

This was my first hotel in Tokyo, about an hour from Narita Airport by bus, which cost around 60 RMB. We got off right at the hotel entrance. The male staff at the front desk had a very stiff service attitude. For breakfast, there weren't many options, but it was clean, which was a plus. Across from the hotel is an outlet mall, which is worth a visit. About 2 kilometers away, there's an Aeon supermarket...

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The breakfast was amazing and delicious, and the bathroom was so clean that I felt comfortable using the bathtub (ofuro). They changed the towels and bed sheets every day. They are so detail-oriented that even the cups and napkins had the hotel’s name on them. Thank you so much for the wonderful days!!

crazy good stay, the best stay in my entire 13 day trip, cant believe its this cheap, prob not a lot of travelers in chiba not all staffs in the hotel (and in the local shops) can speak english and you should be prepared to speak japanese around chiba, which i assume is part of the reason why the stay is relatively affordable with amazing quality chiba is a good city too, very nice to walk around...
