The room was very spacious. The only downside was the breakfast restaurant, which reeked of cigarette smoke. This made it quite unpleasant and unprofessional, especially for business travelers.
Great Location and Comfortable Stay Hotel New Otani Makuhari was a perfect choice for attending an event at Makuhari Messe—it’s just a short walk away. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again for future visits to the exhibition hall.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and the service was top-notch. The room was clean and comfortable. Great location for exploring the city. Highly recommended!

Didn't enjoy my stay here due to the poor sound proofing. I could hear my neighbours in the middle of the night for both nights I was there (up to 1am and 3am respectively). Had to call the front desk to stop but it didn't help. People were laughing loudly and talking loudly in Japanese. Seems like they gathering there for some party. Breakfast was really bad too. This is the worst hotel breakfast...
The hotel's sauna is fantastic, and the location is great. The only downside is that transportation is a bit inconvenient, and I never managed to catch the hotel shuttle.

The hotel is a bit old, room a bit stuffy in winter due to central heating. But other than that service is good and the location is very convenient, good for its price.

The room I booked was for a single. I was surprised by its bed, which holds me like a Simmons, so comfy that I can't help but lie like a baby for an entire morning. Weren't the incredibly diversified flavours breakfast, I was sure to bury myself in it. In addition, the restaurant is a must-visit, especially since its lunch allowed me to stay 4 hours enjoying the morning sunlight.
Location: The hotel is conveniently located near Kaihin Makuhari Station in Chiba City, a bit further from Tokyo. It's about a ten-minute walk from the subway station. Cleanliness: The hotel is very clean overall. Service: The front desk staff are friendly and speak English. Facilities: The facilities are generally well-equipped.

Had a last-minute change to my business trip plans and was lucky enough to visit Chiba. The hotel environment is great, it's super close to the station, and there are many delicious food options nearby. The front desk staff also speak excellent English, making communication a breeze.
