Huge room for one person! The room was very clean with well stocked amenities. I had a great view of Tokyo bay. Picked this hotel because of its proximity to Makuhari Messe.

There is Lawson (convenience store) inside the hotel which was very convenient to the customer. Mitsui outlet also near and walking distance from hotel. However, if you have luggage with you its quite tiring to walk to the hotel from train station but reachable by walking. The abundance of facilities nearby means the area gets very crowded, leading to incredibly long waits for the elevator. That being said, I don't think it would significantly inconvenience your daily routine.

This is my second stay at the APA Hotel. I always choose to stay here whenever there's an event in Makuhari. The rooms are clean, and its proximity to the event hall is incredibly convenient. I also enjoyed the nice ocean view. However, the downside is that when major events coincide, the accommodation fees can double, making it difficult to visit frequently.

We stayed here after attending Summer Sonic. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. While the room's cleanliness was a minor concern – I noticed some dust, a slight odor from the washbasin, and stains on the curtains – I was very satisfied with both of the bath facilities I used.

Perfect location to visit events, shows at the Makuhari Messe. Outlet park just next to it. Train station is only 5min. walking distance from the hotel. Nice bar with view on the sea.

The hotel is quite close to the convention center; you just cross the road and use the pedestrian bridge right after exiting the hotel, which is pretty convenient. The facilities are a bit outdated, but for this price point in Japan, most hotels are about the same, so it's relatively reasonable.

Lovely hotel in Chiba with a great view and helpful staff! We enjoyed our stay, especially how close it is to the beach for a walk and to various restaurants & shopping areas (walking distance from the train station too).

Didn't enjoy my stay here due to the poor sound proofing. I could hear my neighbours in the middle of the night for both nights I was there (up to 1am and 3am respectively). Had to call the front desk to stop but it didn't help. People were laughing loudly and talking loudly in Japanese. Seems like they gathering there for some party. Breakfast was really bad too. This is the worst hotel breakfast...

The hotel's sauna is fantastic, and the location is great. The only downside is that transportation is a bit inconvenient, and I never managed to catch the hotel shuttle.

I always stay at Spring Hotel for my business trips because it's so close to Makuhari Messe. There's a bus stop right downstairs with direct buses to both Haneda and Narita airports, which is incredibly convenient. Plus, there are tons of restaurants nearby.

The food in the fridge from previous customers wasn’t taken out so we had to take it out by ourselves. Other than that the room was clean and rather spacious for two people.

The room I booked was for a single. I was surprised by its bed, which holds me like a Simmons, so comfy that I can't help but lie like a baby for an entire morning. Weren't the incredibly diversified flavours breakfast, I was sure to bury myself in it. In addition, the restaurant is a must-visit, especially since its lunch allowed me to stay 4 hours enjoying the morning sunlight.

I had an overnight layover in Chiba as I was catching a connecting flight from Narita Airport the next day. The hotel's location is super convenient, just a short walk from the station. The service was excellent, and the room was spotless. It only took a few minutes to get to the station even when I was rushing for my morning train.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The breakfast was amazing and delicious, and the bathroom was so clean that I felt comfortable using the bathtub (ofuro). They changed the towels and bed sheets every day. They are so detail-oriented that even the cups and napkins had the hotel’s name on them. Thank you so much for the wonderful days!!

A long walk from the main railway stations but they do offer a complimentary shuttle service to and from Inagekaigan if you can get there… which I didn’t!! Breakfast ok but completely rammed with other guests before 8am.

I often stay here for business trips. It's conveniently located for transport and shopping, and the hotel staff are all very nice. You can even have your ride pick you up at the back entrance in the morning. My only minor complaint is that the breakfast selection isn't very wide and it's the same every day, which honestly gets a bit repetitive and boring after a while. 😂
